Claims (10)
- 폴리비닐알코올계 필름을 팽윤 처리, 요오드 염색 처리 및 붕산 처리의 순으로 처리하는 공정의 전 및/또는 공정 중에 1축 연신을 수행하는 편광 필름의 제조 방법으로서, 붕산 처리 공정 전에 2단 이상의 염색욕에서 요오드 염색을 수행하고, 2단 이상의 염색욕에서 1축 연신을 수행하고, 또한 최초의 염색욕에서의 연신 배율이 2번째 단 이후의 염색욕에서의 합계 연신 배율보다도 높은 1축 연신을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요오드계 편광 필름의 제조 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 2단 이상의 복수의 염색욕에서 각각 단독으로 연신 배율을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요오드계 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 모든 염색욕이 요오드화물을 함유하고, 이 요오드화물의 함유량이 처리의 순으로 높아지도록 조정되어 있는 요오드계 편광 필름의 제조 방법.
