Claims (17)
- 주결정상으로 β-스포듀민 고용체를 갖고, 25 내지 700℃ 에서 약 10-30x10-7/℃의 열팽창계수(CTE)를 가지며, 총 조성물의 중량대비, 55-68% SiO2; 18-24% Al2O3; 3.3-4.1% Li2O; 1.5-4.0 % ZnO; 1.5-5.0% MgO; 2-5% TiO2; 0-2% ZrO2; 0-5% B2O3; 0-8% P2O5; 0-2% Na2O, 0-2% K2O; 및 효과적인 양으로 존재하는 하나 이상의 정련제(fining agent)로 작용하는 구성성분을 포함하는 유리-세라믹 물질로서, 상기 총 B2O3 및 P2O5는 적어도 1.5중량%, 총 MgO 및 ZnO는 적어도 약 3.5중량%, 총 Na2O 및 K2O는 약 3.0중량% 미만, 총 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O는 약 11중량% 미만, Na2O+K2O의 총합 대 P2O5+B2O3의 총합의 중량 비율 즉,(Na2O+K2O)/(P2O5+B2O3)가 약 0.5 미만이며; 바람직하게는 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O 의 총합이 약 9중량% 이하이고, Na2O 및 K2O의 총합이 약 2중량% 이하이며; 보다 바람직하게는 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O 의 총합이 약 7중량% 미만이고, Na2O 및 K2O의 총합이 약 1중량% 미만인 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리-세라믹 물질은 0.3-1.2% SnO2, 바람직하게는 0.3-0.8% 및 정련제로서 0-1% CeO2 를 포함하며, 특히 As2O3 및 Sb2O3가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리-세라믹 물질은 불투명하고 특히 백색인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 P2O5 및 B2O3가 약 2중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Fe2O3이 중량으로 약 900 ppm 이하, 바람직하게는 약 500 ppm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 결정상 중에 85% 이상의 β-스포듀민 및 β-석영 고용체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 3.5-4.1 중량%의 Li2O를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 유리-세라믹 물질로 만들어진 유리-세라 믹 제품.
- 제8항의 유리-세라믹 제품이 쿡탑 기판(cooktop plate)이나 조리 도구인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 특히 As2O3 및 Sb2O3가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품.
- (i) 유리가 용융되었을 때, 총 조성물의 중량대비 55-68% SiO2; 18-24% Al2O3; 3.3-4.1% Li2O; 1.5-4.0 % ZnO; 1.5-5.0% MgO; 2-5% TiO2; 0-2% ZrO2; 0-5% B2O3; 0-8% P2O5; 0-2% Na2O, 0-2% K2O; 및 적어도 하나의 정련제를 포함하는 조성물로 유리가 제조되도록 원료물질을 혼합하는 단계로서, 총 B2O3 및 P2O5가 적어도 1.5중량%이고, 총 MgO 및 ZnO가 적어도 약 3.5중량%이고, 총 Na2O 및 K2O가 3.0중량% 미만이고, 총 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O가 약 11중량% 미만이고, Na2O+K2O의 총합 대 P2O5+B2O3의 총합의 중량 비율 즉,(Na2O+K2O)/(P2O5+B2O3)가 약 0.5미만이며; 바람직하게는 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O의 총합이 약 9중량% 미만이며, 총 Na2O 및 K2O 가 약 2중량% 미만이며; 보다 바람직하게는 총 P2O5, B2O3, Na2O 및 K2O 가 약 7중량% 미만이 고, 총 Na2O 및 K2O 가 약 1중량% 미만으로 원료물질을 혼합하는 단계.(ii) 1600℃이하의 온도에서 원료물질의 혼합물을 용융하고 정제하는 단계;(iii) 상기 (ii)단계의 용융된 유리로 유리제품을 형성하는 단계;(iv) 적어도 15분 동안 핵화 온도(nucleating temperature) 범위 T n 600℃ 내지 850℃에서 상기 유리제품을 가열하는 단계;(v) 도재화 온도(ceramming temperature) T c 900℃ 내지 1050℃에서 상기 유리제품을 가열하는 단계;(vi) 10분 이상의 기간 동안 도재화 온도에서 상기 제품을 유지하는 단계; 및(vii) 상기 제품을 상온으로 냉각함으로써, 주결정상으로 β-스포듀민 고용체를 포함하는 유리-세라믹제품을 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 (ii) 단계는 상기 원료 물질의 혼합물이 약 1550℃의 온도에서 녹는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 (i) 단계는 혼합된 원료물질이 약 0.3-1.2중량%의 SnO2, 0-1중량%의 CeO2을 포함하며, 특히 As2O3 및 Sb2O3를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (i) 단계는 상기 용융된 유리가 최종 조성물 총합의 약 2중량% 이상의 총 B2O3 및 P2O5 을 포함하도록 원료물질이 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 11항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (v) 단계는 T c 가 약 930-1000℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 11항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (v) 단계의 지속시간이 1시간 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제 11항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (iv), (v) 및 (vi) 단계의 총 지속시간은 2시간 미만이며, 바람직하게는 90분 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
