Claims (20)
- 후벽 단조물의 열처리 방법에 있어서,저합금강을 오스테나이트화 온도로 가열하는 단계,상기 저합금강을 담금질 매질에서 담금질하는 단계, 및상기 저합금강을 1인치의 임계 단면 두께당 약 30분 미만으로 뜨임을 한 후 약 2시간 더 뜨임을 하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 저합금강은, 약 0.05 내지 0.2 wt.%의 탄소, 약 0.3 내지 0.8 wt.%의 망간, 및 약 0.25 내지 1.0 wt.%의 니켈을 포함하는,열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강은, 최대 약 0.04 wt.%의 인, 최대 약 0.04 wt.%의 황, 최대 약 0.5 wt.%의 규소, 약 2.0 내지 2.5 wt.%의 크롬, 및 약 0.45 내지 1.15 wt.%의 몰리브덴을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강은 약 0.5 내지 1.0 wt.%의 니켈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강은 알루미늄을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강은 바나듐을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강은 용융 과정에서 칼슘 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저합금강을 오스테나이트화 온도로 가열하기 전에 불림을 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담금질 매질은 브라인(brine)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담금질 매질의 최종 온도는 약 95℉(35℃) 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열처리 방법.
- 제1항의 방법을 이용하여 만들어진, 분출 방지기(blowout preventor).
- 약 0.05 내지 0.2 wt.%의 탄소,약 0.3 내지 0.8 wt.%의 망간,약 0.25 내지 1.0 wt.%의 니켈,약 8인치 이상의 단면 두께,약 85Ksi보다 큰 내부 항복강도, 및최대 약 237의 브리넬 경도값(Brinell hardness value)을 포함하는 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,최대 약 0.04 wt.%의 인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,최대 약 0.04 wt.%의 황을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,최대 약 0.5 wt.%의 규소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,약 2.0 내지 2.5 wt.%의 크롬을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,약 0.45 내지 1.15 wt.%의 몰리브덴을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,약 100Ksi 이상의 극한강도(ultimate strength)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,약 20% 이상의 연신률을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
- 제11항에 있어서,약 70% 이상의 단면수축률을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단조물.
