Claims (41)
- 압축기와 고압 열교환기와 감압유닛과 저압 열교환기를 포함하여 구성되는 냉동사이클장치에 사용되는 이중파이프로서,외부파이프; 및상기 외부파이프 내측에 배치되고, 길이방향으로 연장하는 홈부를 형성하도록 융기부를 갖는 내부파이프;를 포함하며,상기 외부파이프 및 내부파이프는 직선으로 연장하는 직선부, 및 상기 직선부로부터 벤딩된 벤딩부를 갖도록 벤딩되고;상기 외부파이프는 상기 직선부에서 내부파이프의 융기부 외면에 의하여 형성되는 가상원기둥의 외경보다 큰 내경을 가지며;상기 외부파이프는 상기 내부파이프 외경의 1.1 내지 1.3 배의 범위로 이루어지는 외경을 가지고;상기 내부파이프의 융기부는 상기 벤딩부에서 외부파이프에 의하여 압박되고 유지되도록 상기 외부파이프의 내면에 접촉하고;상기 외부파이프와 상기 내부파이프의 사이에 고압 냉매가 흐르고 상기 내부파이프의 내부에 저압냉매가 흐르는이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈부는상기 내부파이프 주위를 감는 헬리컬홈부로 이루어지는이중파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 헬리컬홈부는각각 헬리컬형태를 가지며, 길이방향으로 연장하는 복수개의 헬리컬홈을 포함하는이중파이프.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 헬리컬홈의 개수는 세 개인이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈부는상기 내부파이프 외경의 5% 내지 15% 범위로 이루어지는 홈깊이를 가지는이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈부는300mm 내지 800mm 범위로 이루어지는 종방향 길이를 가지는이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부파이프의 벤딩부는상기 직선부에서의 외부파이프 외경의 0.85 배 이상으로 이루어지는 최소 외경을 가지는이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 직선부에서 상기 내부파이프의 융기부 외면에 의하여 형성된 가상원기 둥의 외경은, 상기 직선부에서의 외부파이프 내경의 0.7 내지 0.95 범위로 이루어지는이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부파이프의 길이방향 단부로부터 분기되는 분기파이프를 더 포함하는이중파이프.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 내부파이프의 길이방향 단부에 연결되는 연결파이프를 더 포함하는이중파이프.
- 제10항에 있어서,소정 위치관계로 상기 분기파이프 및 연결파이프를 유지 및 고정하는 홀딩부재를 더 포함하는이중파이프.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 홀딩부재는상기 분기파이프와 연결파이프에 브레이징되는이중파이프.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부파이프의 직경은 3/4 인치보다 긴이중파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 직선부에서, 상기 내부파이프의 외면은 상기 외부파이프의 내면으로부터 분리되거나 부분적으로 접촉되는이중파이프.
- 외부파이프와 내부파이프를 포함하는 이중파이프의 제조방법으로서,상기 내부파이프의 외벽에 길이방향으로 연장하는 홈부를 형성하여, 상기 홈부를 형성하는 융기부를 형성하고;상기 홈부가 형성된 후, 상기 내부파이프의 융기부 외면에 의하여 형성되는 가상원기둥의 외경보다 큰 내경을 갖는 외부파이프로 내부파이프를 삽입하며;상기 삽입단계 이후 상기 내부파이프와 외부파이프를 모두 벤딩하여, 상 외부파이프의 내면에 상기 융기부가 접촉하고, 그 벤딩부에서 상기 내부파이프를 유지 및 고정하도록 상기 외부파이프는 내부파이프를 압박하는이중파이프 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 홈부 형성단계에서,상기 내부파이프의 외벽 내측을 반경방향으로 변형시켜 길이방향으로 헬리컬형태로 연장하는 홈부의 헬리컬홈이 형성되는이중파이프 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 홈부 형성단계에서,상기 홈부는 상기 내부파이프의 외경의 5% 내지 15% 범위의 홈깊이를 갖도록 형성되는이중파이프 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 홈부 형성단계에서,상기 홈부는 300mm 내지 800mm 범위의 종방향 길이를 갖도록 형성되는이중파이프 제조방법.

- 냉매를 압축하는 압축기;상기 압축기로부터 토출된 냉매를 냉각하는 고압 열교환기;상기 고압 열교환기로부터의 냉매를 감압하는 감압유닛;상기 감압유닛으로부터의 냉매가 증발되는 저압 열교환기; 및상기 압축기, 고압 열교환기, 감압유닛 및 저압 열교환기를 연속적으로 연결하여 냉동회로를 형성하는 파이프를 포함하며,제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이중파이프를 포함하는 파이프는,상기 파이프의 통로 중에서, 상기 이중파이프의 외부파이프와 내부파이프 사이의 통로는 상기 고압 열교환기로부터의 고압냉매를 상기 감압유닛으로 운반하기 위한 고압통로, 또는 상기 저압 열교환기로부터의 저압냉매를 상기 압축기로 운반하는 저압통로 중 적어도 일부분에 이루어지며;상기 이중파이프의 내부파이프의 내부통로는 상기 고압통로 또는 저압통로 중 적어도 일부분에 이루어지는냉동사이클장치.
- 제37항에 있어서,상기 외부파이프와 내부파이프 사이의 통로는 상기 고압통로의 적어도 일부 분이고,상기 내부파이프의 내부통로는 상기 저압통로의 적어도 일부분인냉동사이클장치.
- 제38항에 있어서,상기 감압유닛 및 저압 열교환기는 제1회로를 형성하도록 각각 제1감압기 및 제1저압 열교환기이며,상기 고압 열교환기로부터의 냉매를 감압하는 제2감압기, 및 상기 제2감압기로부터의 냉매가 감압되는 제2 저압 열교환기를 포함하는 제2회로를 더 포함하고,상기 제2감압기 및 제2저압 열교환기는 상기 고압 열교환기로부터의 냉매가 흐르고, 상기 제1감압기 및 제1저압 열교환기를 바이패스하는 바이패스통로에 배치되고,상기 외부파이프와 내부파이프 사이의 통로는 상기 고압 열교환기와 상기 제1회로로부터 분기되는 바이패스통로의 분기점 사이의 통로로서 사용되며,상기 내부파이프의 내측통로는 상기 제1회로에 조인트되는 바이패스통로의 조인트지점과 압축기 사이의 통로로서 사용되는냉동사이클장치.
- 제37항에 있어서,상기 이중파이프는 차량에 탑재되는냉동사이클장치.
- 제40항에 있어서,상기 이중파이프는 차량의 엔진실에 배치되는냉동사이클장치.
