Claims (4)
- 증발기와 압축기를 연결하고 외측 둘레를 따라 나선 형태의 홈이 형성되어 있는 석션 파이프(10);응축기와 팽창밸브를 연결하는 리퀴드 파이프(20);내부에는 상기 석션 파이프(10)가 관통되고 일측 끝단은 상기 리퀴드 파이프(20)와 연결되어, 상기 석션 파이프(10)와 리퀴드 파이프(20) 사이의 열교환을 가능하게 하는 열교환 파이프(30) 및일측은 상기 리퀴드 파이프(20)에 연결되고, 타측은 상기 석션 파이프(10) 및 열교환 파이프(30)에 연결되는 연결 블럭(40)을 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 연결 블럭(40)은 상기 리퀴드 파이프(20)로부터 전달되는 냉매의 유동 압력을 순차적으로 감쇄시키도록 완만한 곡선 형태의 통로(41)가 미리 형성되고, 상기 석션 파이프(10)와 열교환 파이프(30)가 내부에 끼움 결합되어 고정시키는 내부 공간(42)이 미리 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리퀴드 과냉 시스템(100).

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내부 공간(42)에는 상기 리퀴드 파이프(20)로부터 전달되는 냉매가 회전하면서 상기 석션 파이프(10)를 감싸며 유입되어 소용돌이 현상을 최소화하도록 일부 직경이 상대적으로 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리퀴드 과냉 시스템(100).
