Description
Claims (16)
- 제 1 투명 기판, 제 2 투명 기판, 및 상기 제 1 투명 기판과 상기 제 2 투명 기판 사이에 샌드위치된 액정 합성물을 가지는 LCD 패널; 및상기 제 2 투명 기판의 한 면에 창 (window) 을 가지며, 상기 패널을 수용하기 위한 케이스를 포함하며,상기 케이스의 상기 창이 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 외측 넓이보다 넓게 형성되며,도전성 및 광차단성을 가지는 시트가 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 외측부와 상기 창을 둘러싸는 상기 케이스의 프레임형상부 사이에 샌드위치된 거의 전체 영역에 위치하며,도전층이 직접적으로 또는 광학부재를 통해 간접적으로 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 표면에 형성되고, 상기 표면은 상기 창 측에 위치하며,상기 시트는 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부의 내측 표면과, 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 상기 외측부의 상기 도전층 또는 상기 광학부재 상의 상기 도전층과 연결되는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 하나 이상의 굽힘부를 가진 단면을 가지고상기 LCD 장치가 상기 케이스의 상기 창이 상위 부분에 위치하는 방식으로 위치될 때, 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부 상의 상기 시트의 제 1 부분이 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 상기 외측부 상의 상기 시트의 제 2 부분 또는 상기 광학부재 상의 상기 시트의 제 2 부분보다 낮게 위치하고상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부의 상기 내측 표면이 상기 창 측의 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 표면 또는 상기 광학부재의 표면과 높이가 거의 같거나 낮은, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부와 도전성 고정부재에 의해 연결되는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 한 면 상의 상기 시트의 종단부가 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부를 향해 굽어져 있고,상기 시트는 상기 프레임형상부에 고정부재에 의해 고정되어 있으며, 상기 종단부에서 상기 프레임형상부와 접촉하는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 액자형 외형을 가지는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 L-형, U-형 또는 I-형 부품들의 결합에 의해 형성되는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 나일론 수지 또는 염화 비닐 수지로 이루어지며, 도전성 물질 또는 도전성 성분이 상기 시트 내에 혼합되는, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 스테인레스 스틸로 구성된, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 투명 기판, 제 2 투명 기판, 및 상기 제 1 투명 기판과 상기 제 2 투명 기판 사이에 샌드위치된 액정 합성물을 가지는 LCD 패널; 및상기 제 2 투명 기판의 한 면에 창을 가지며, 상기 패널을 수용하기 위한 케이스를 포함하며,상기 케이스의 상기 창이 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 외측 넓이보다 넓게 형성되며,도전성 및 광차단성을 가지는 시트가 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 외측부와 상기 창을 둘러싸는 상기 케이스의 프레임형상부 사이에 샌드위치된 거의 전체 영역에 위치하며,도전층이 직접적으로 또는 광학부재를 통해 간접적으로 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 표면상에 형성되고, 상기 표면은 상기 창 측에 위치하며,상기 시트는 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부의 외측 표면과, 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 상기 외측부의 상기 도전층 또는 상기 광학부재 상의 상기 도전층과 연결되는, LCD 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 LCD 장치가 상기 케이스의 상기 창이 상위 부분에 위치하는 방식으로 위치될 때, 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부의 상기 외측 표면이 상기 창 측의 상기 제 2 투명 기판의 표면 또는 상기 광학부재의 표면보다 높이가 낮은, LCD 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 시트는 상기 케이스의 상기 프레임형상부와 도전성 고정부재에 의해 연결되는, LCD 장치.
