Claims (9)
- 구동 전류의 크기에 따른 크기의 광을 발광하는 발광 소자와,상기 발광 소자에 상기 구동 전류를 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터와,상기 발광 소자의 발광 휘도를 지시하는 데이터 신호를 기입 기간에 기입하여 기억하는 기억 회로와,상기 기억 수단의 출력 신호를 상기 구동 트랜지스터에 공급하는 버퍼 회로를 구비하는 화소 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로를 구성하는 트랜지스터 중 출력단(段)에 사용하는 출력 트랜지스터의 사이즈는 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 사이즈와 비교하여 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 출력 트랜지스터의 사이즈는 상기 버퍼 회로의 출력 신호의 상승 시간이 어느 기입 기간으로부터 다음 기입 기간까지의 시간보다도 짧도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로는 인버터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소 회로.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 화소 회로를 복수 구비하고,상기 복수의 화소 회로에 상기 데이터 신호를 공급하는 복수의 데이터선과,상기 기입 기간을 지시하는 신호를 상기 기억 회로에 공급하는 구동 회로를 구비하는 발광 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,접속점에서 제 1 전원 배선과 제 2 전원 배선으로 분기하고, 전원 신호를 공급하는 주전원선을 구비하고,상기 제 1 전원 배선은 상기 기억 회로의 각각에 접속되고,상기 제 2 전원 배선은 상기 버퍼 회로의 각각에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전원 배선의 폭은 상기 제 2 전원 배선의 폭보다 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로는 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 접속되는 전원선과 동일한 전원선 과 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
- 광선의 조사에 의해 화상이 형성되는 감광체와,상기 감광체에 광선을 조사하여 상기 화상을 형성하는 헤드부를 구비하고,제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 발광 장치를 상기 헤드부에 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
