Claims (87)
- 알코올을 포함하는 공급 기체 혼합물을 금속 스폰지 지지 구조체의 표면에 구리를 포함하는 개질 촉매와 접촉시켜 수소를 포함하는 개질 생성물 혼합물을 생성하는 것을 포함하는 알코올 개질 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급 기체 혼합물이 메탄올, 에탄올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1차 알코올을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 개질 생성물 혼합물로부터의 수소, 및 산소를 연료 전지내로 도입하여 전력을 생성하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브루나우어-에메트-텔러(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) 법으로 측정한 개질 촉매의 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 내지 약 100 ㎡/g인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 브루나우어-에메트-텔러 법으로 측정한 개질 촉매의 표면적이 약 25 ㎡/g 내지 약 100 ㎡/g인 방법.

- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 공급 기체 혼합물을 상기 개질 촉매와 약 250℃ 내지 약 325℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개질 촉매를 펠렛 또는 모놀리스 (monolith) 기재의 표면 상으로 혼입하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 개질 촉매가 니켈 스폰지 지지 구조체를 포함하는 방법.
- 에탄올을 포함하는 공급 기체 혼합물을, 금속 지지 구조체의 표면에 구리를 포함하는 개질 촉매와 약 400℃ 미만의 온도에서 접촉시켜 수소를 포함하는 개질 생성물 혼합물을 생성하는 것을 포함하는 에탄올 개질 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 공급 기체 혼합물을 상기 개질 촉매와 약 250℃ 내지 약 300℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 개질 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 50 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 개질 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 70 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 개질 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 90 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 개질 생성물 혼합물로부터의 수소, 및 산소를 연료 전지 내로 도입하여 전력을 생성하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 브루나우어-에메트-텔러 법으로 측정한 개질 촉매의 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 내지 약 100 ㎡/g인 방법.

- 에탄올을 포함하는 공급 기체 혼합물을 탈수소화 반응 대역에서 금속 지지 구조체의 표면에 구리를 포함하는 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉시켜 수소를 포함하는 생성물 혼합물을 생성하고;생성물 혼합물로부터의 수소, 및 산소를 연료 전지 내로 도입하여 전력 및 메탄을 포함하는 연료 전지 유출물을 생성하고;연료 전지 유출물 및 산소를 연소실 내로 도입하고;연소실에서 연료 전지 유출물을 연소하는 것을 포함하는, 연료 전지로부터의 전력 생성 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 공급 기체 혼합물이 물을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제54항에 있어서, 탈수소화 반응 대역이 에탄올의 탈수소화에 의해 생성된 일산화탄소와 물 사이의 물-기체 전이 반응을 촉매화하여 이산화탄소 및 수소를 형성하는데 효과적인 물-기체 전이 촉매를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제55항에 있어서, 물-기체 전이 촉매가 탈수소화 촉매와 떨어져 있는 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 연소실에서 생성된 연소열을 탈수소화 반응 대역으로 전달하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 기계력 및(또는) 추가의 전력의 발생을 위해 연소 에너지를 포착하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제58항에 있어서, 상기 연소실로부터의 연소 에너지를 사용하여 추가의 전력의 생성을 위해 발생기를 구동하는 방법.
- 제58항에 있어서, 탈수소화 대역 및 연소실이 차량 전력 시스템의 일부이고, 생성되는 전력 및(또는) 기계력을 사용하여 차량을 구동하는 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 저온 시동 연료원을 연소실 내로 도입하고, 독립된 저온 시동 연료원을 산소의 존재하에 연소시키는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제61항에 있어서, 연료 전지 유출물 및 저온 시동 연료원을, 메탄 및(또는) 독립된 저온 시동 연료원을 연소시킬 수 있는 플렉서블(flexible) 연료원 내연 기관의 연소실 내로 도입하는 방법.
- 제62항에 있어서, 탈수소화 대역 및 플렉서블 연료원 내연 기관이 차량 전력 시스템의 일부이고, 기계력 및(또는) 추가의 전력의 발생을 위해 연소 에너지를 포착하고, 상기 기계력 및(또는) 상기 전력을 이용하여 차량을 구동하는 것을 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 상기 공급 기체 혼합물을 상기 탈수소화 촉매와 약 400℃ 미만의 온도에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제64항에 있어서, 상기 공급 기체 혼합물을 상기 탈수소화 촉매와 약 250℃ 내지 약 300 ℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 탈수소화 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 50 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제66항에 있어서, 탈수소화 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 70 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제67항에 있어서, 탈수소화 촉매의 300K에서의 열 전도도가 약 90 W/m·K 이상인 방법.
- 제53항에 있어서, 브루나우어-에메트-텔러 법으로 측정한 탈수소화 촉매의 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 내지 약 100 ㎡/g인 방법.
- 제69항에 있어서, 브루나우어-에메트-텔러 법으로 측정한 탈수소화 촉매의 표면적이 약 25 ㎡/g 내지 약 100 ㎡/g인 방법.
