Description
Claims (17)
- (a) (i) 화학식 CF2=CF-Rf(식 중, Rf는 플루오르 또는 C1-C 8 퍼플루오로알킬임),(ii) 화학식 CF2=CF-Rf 및 수소 함유 C2-C9올레핀의 총 몰 기준으로 약 10 몰% 이상의 수소 함유 C2-C9 올레핀,(iii) 플루오로 중합체 사슬 당 1개 이상의 말단 브롬 원자(들)를 포함하는 평균 2개 이상의 브롬 원자,(iv) 임의로 화학식 CX2=CX-R(식 중, X는 각각 독립적으로 H, F, 또는 Cl이고, R은 할로겐이거나 또는 1 이상의 에테르 가교(들)를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C8 알킬 또는 알케닐 기임),(v) 임의로 브롬 함유 경화 부위 단량체로부터 유도된 혼성 중합 단위를 포함하는 플루오로 중합체;(b) 임의로 퍼옥시드 경화제; 및(c) 임의로, 가교결합 보조제를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오르화 또는 비플루오르화 올레핀은 α-올레핀으로부터 선택되며, 임의로 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부텐, 펜텐, 헥센, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 CX2=CX-R은 임의로 퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르, 퍼플루오로알콕시 비닐 에테르, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 임의로 선택된 퍼플루오로 비닐 에테르를 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로 비닐 에테르는 퍼플루오로메틸 비닐 에테르, 퍼플루오로에틸 비닐 에테르, 퍼플루오로프로필 비닐 에테르, CF2=CFOCF20CF2CF 20CF3, CF2=CFO(CF2)30CF3, CF2=CFOCF2CF2 0CF3, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체는 사슬 전이제로부터 유래한 잔류물을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체는 퍼플루오로 중합체 사슬 당 평균 2개 이상의 말단 브롬 원자를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브로모트리플루오로에틸렌(BTFE), 브로모디플루오로에틸렌(BDFE), 브로모테트라플루오로부텐(BTFB) 및 이들의 조합물로부터 임의로 선택된 브롬 함유 경화 부위 단량체를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼옥시드 경화제는 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥스-3-인 및 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)-헥산, 디쿠밀 퍼옥시드, 디벤조일 퍼옥시드, t-부틸 퍼벤조에이트, a,a'-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시디이소프로필벤젠), 및 디[1,3-디메틸-3-(t-부틸퍼옥시)-부틸]카보네이트, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보조제는 트리알릴 시아누레이트; 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트; 트리(메틸알릴)이소시아누레이트; 트리스(디알릴아민)-s-트리아진; 트리알릴 포스파이트; N,N-디알릴 아크릴아미드; 헥사알릴 포스포아미드; N,N,N',N'-테트라알킬 테트라프탈아미드; N,N,N',N'-테트라알릴 말론아미드; 트리비닐 이소시아누레이트; 1,3,5-트리비닐-트리메틸시클로트리실록산; 및 트리(5-노르보르넨-2-메틸렌) 시아누레이트, 및 이들의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로 중합체는 탄성중합체 및 열가소성 물질로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항의 경화 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, Rf는 플루오르이고, 플루오로 중합체는 약 90 몰% 내지 약 60 몰%의 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Rf는 플루오르이고, 플루오로 중합체는 약 15 몰% 내지 약 30 몰%의 수소 함유 C2-C9 올레핀(여기서, 올레핀은 임의로 폴리프로필렌임)을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- (a) 중합체 사슬 당 1개 이상의 말단 브롬 원자(들)을 포함하는 평균 2개 이상의 브롬 원자를 갖고 있는 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 프로필렌을 포함하는 공중합체,(b) 퍼옥시드 경화제, 및(c) 임의로, 가교결합 보조제의 반응 생성물을 포함하고, 상기 공단량체 비율이 유사하고 중합체 사슬 당 브롬 원자가 평균 2개 미만인 비교 공중합체보다 더 낮은 영구 압축 변형율 값을 갖는 경화된 플루오로 탄성중합체 조성물.
- (a) (i) 화학식 CF2=CF-Rf(식 중, Rf는 플루오르 또는 C1-C 8 퍼플루오로알킬임),(ii) 화학식 CF2=CF-Rf 및 수소 함유 C2-C9올레핀의 총 몰 기준으로 약 10 몰% 이상의 수소 함유 C2-C9 올레핀,(iii) 브롬화 염,(iv) 임의로 화학식 CX2=CX-R(식 중, X는 각각 독립적으로 H, F, 또는 Cl이고, R은 할로겐이거나, 또는 1 이상의 에테르 가교(들)를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C8 알킬 또는 알케닐 기임), 및(v) 임의로 브롬 함유 경화 부위 단량체를 조합시키는 단계; 및(b) 과황산암모늄으로부터 임의로 선택된 개시제를 첨가하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 조합물을 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 플루오로 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 브롬화 염은 KBr, FeBr2, CuBr, NH4Br 및 이들의 조합물로부터 임의로 선택된 I족 금속염 또는 II족 금속염 또는 이들의 조합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 형성된 중합체를 퍼옥시드 경화제와 혼합하고, 임의로 가교결합 보조제와 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 임의로 중합체를 경화시켜 성형품을 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
