Claims (9)
- 고리형 이미드 화합물과 알칼리 금속 화합물을 포함하는 촉매, 및 탄화수소를 함유하는 반응 혼합물 중에서, 산소 함유 가스를 사용하여 탄화수소를 산화시키는 것을 포함하여, 상응하는 탄화수소로부터 히드로퍼옥사이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고리형 이미드 화합물이 하기 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기 식에서,X는 옥시 라디칼 또는 O-R1(여기에서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 히드록시, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C18 아릴, C3-C20 시클로알킬, C1-C20 알콕시이다), -CO-R2(여기에서, R2는 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐기이다), -O-CO-R3(여기에서, R3은 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐기 또는 카르복시기이다), 또는 -CO-O-R2(여기에서, R2는 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐기이다)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며;A는 -CR4=CR5- 또는 -CR4-CR5-이며, 여기에서(i) R4 및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 히드록시, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C 18 아릴, C3-C20 시클로알킬, C1-C20 알콕시, -CO-R2(여기에서, R2는 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐 기이다), -O-CO-R3(여기에서, R3은 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐기 또는 카르복시기이다), 또는 -CO-O-R2(여기에서, R2는 C1-C20 히드로카르보닐기이다)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되거나,(ii) R4 및 R5는 이들이 결합되는 탄소 원자와 함께, 1 내지 8개의 고리를 함유하며 용융되거나 결합된 고리형 기를 형성하며, 상기 고리는 방향족 고리 또는 비방향족 고리이며, 각 고리는 탄소 원자 및 헤테로원자로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 3 내지 18원의 것이며 니트로, 포스핀기, 포스포늄기, 할로겐, 히드록시, C1-C6 알킬, C6-C18 아릴, C3-C20 시클로알킬 또는 C1-C20 알콕시로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않는다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (1)의 고리형 이미드가 N-히드록시프탈이미드, N-히드록시나프탈이미드, N-히드록시말레이미드, N-히드록시숙신이미드 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 구성되는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중의 고리형 이미드의 양이 0.0001 내지 1 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.001 내지 0.5중량%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨 및 세슘에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 화합물이 옥사이드, 유기산 염, 무기산 염, 할라이드, 알콕사이드, 옥소산 및 이의 염, 이소다중산 및 이의 염, 헤테로다중산 및 이의 염, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중의 알칼리 금속 화합물의 양이 0.000005 내지 0.01중량%, 바람직하게는 0.00001 내지 0.005중량%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 3차 알칸 C4-C20; 1 내지 6개의 방향족 고리를 갖는 C7-C20 (알킬) 방향족 탄화수소; 1 내지 6개의 방향족 고리를 갖는 C9-C 20 (시클로알킬) 방향족 탄화수소; 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 에틸벤젠임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
