Claims (18)
- (a) 660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가지며 제1 산화물을 형성할 수 있는 제1 재료;제1 재료 상의 제1 산화물의 적어도 일부를 환원시킬 수 있는, 제1 재료에 인접한 제1 환원 금속;환원 금속에 인접한 경납 (braze); 및660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 재료를 포함하는, 경납에 인접한 제2 재료를 포함하는 다층 어셈블리를 형성하고;(b) 상기 어셈블리 주위에 진공을 형성하고;(c) 상기 어셈블리를 가열하여 환원 금속 및 경납을 용융시키고;(d) 상기 어셈블리를 냉각시켜 브레이징 접합체 (brazing body)를 형성하는것을 포함하는, 브레이징 접합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 재료가 금속인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 재료가 제2 산화물을 형성할 수 있고, 어셈블리가 제2 재료에 인접한 제2 환원 금속을 더 포함하고, 환원 금속이 제2 재료 상의 제2 산화물의 적어도 일부를 환원시킬 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 재료가 스테인레스 강철, 티타늄, 니켈, 철, 코발트, 크롬, 지르코늄 및 이들을 함유하는 합금으로부터 선택된 금속인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 재료가 융합된 연마체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원 금속이 알루미늄인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경납이 구리, 은, 주석, 인듐 및 이들을 함유하는 합금으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 진공이 0.6 파스칼 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 온도가 약 450 ℃ 내지 약 800 ℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 온도가 약 1분 내지 약 15분 동안 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 어셈블리가제2 재료에 인접한 제2 환원 금속; 및660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 재료를 포함하는 제3 재료를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- (a) 660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 제1 재료를 포함하는 제1층;(b) 660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 제2 재료를 포함하는 제2층; 및(c) 경납 및 산화 알루미늄을 포함하는 다중상 합금을 포함하는, 제1층과 제2층 사이의 용가재 (filler) 층을 포함하는 브레이징 접합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제1층 또는 제2층 내에 연마 입자를 더 포함하는 브레이징 접합체.
- (a) 융합된 연마체를 포함하는 제1층;(b) 660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 재료를 포함하는 제2층; 및(c) 경납 및 환원 금속 산화물을 포함하는 다중상 합금을 포함하는, 제1층과 제2층 사이의 용가재 층을 포함하는 연마 제품.
- 다수의 연마 입자;660 ℃ 보다 높은 용융 온도를 가진 금속; 및경납 및 산화 알루미늄을 포함하는, 금속과 연마 입자 사이의 용가재 층을 포함하는 연마 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 금속이 스테인레스 강철인 연마 제품.
- (a) 경납 금속 호일층; 및(b) 경납의 한 표면의 적어도 일부를 커버하는, 약 1 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛ 두께의 알루미늄 층을 포함하는 다층 브레이징 어셈블리.
- 제17항에 있어서, 알루미늄 층이 약 8 ㎛ 두께인 다층 브레이징 어셈블리.
