Claims (4)
- 와이어전극과 피가공물과의 극간전압 상당전압치에 따라 이들 와이어전극 및 피가공물의 상대이동속도를 결정하는 제어수단을 구비하고, 상기 와이어전극과 상기 피가공물 사이에 방전을 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 제어수단에 의해 결정된 상대이동속도로 이들 와이어전극 및 피가공물을 상대이동시킴으로써 당해 피가공물에 가공을 하는 와이어방전 가공장치로써, 방전휴지시간의 증가에 따라 증가하는 보정계수에 따라 극간전압 상당전압치를 보정하는 극간전압 보정수단을 설치하고, 이 극간전압 보정수단이 출력한 보정후의 극간전압 상당전압치를 상기 제어수단에 부여함으로써 당해 보정후의 극간전압 상당전압치에 따라 와이어전극과 피가공물을 상대이동시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전 가공장치.
- 와이어전극과 피가공물 사이에 방전을 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 와이어전극과 상기 피가공물의 극간전압 상당전압치에 따라, 결정된 상대이동속도로 이들 와이어전극 및 피가공물을 상대이동 시킴으로써 당해 피가공물에 가공을 하는 와이어방전 가공방법으로, 부분적으로 가공제거량을 감소시키는 경우에는 방전휴지시간을 연장하는 동시에, 이 연장한 방전휴지시간에 따라 극간전압 상당전압치를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전 가공방법.
- 와이어전극과 피가공물과의 사이에 방전을 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 와이어전극과 상기 피가공물과의 극간전압 상당전압치에 따라 결정된 상대이동속도로 이들 와이어전극 및 피가공물을 상대이동 시킴으로써 당해 피가공물에 가공을 하는 와이어방전 가공방법으로, 피가공물에서 와이어전극의 윤곽형성경로와, 이 윤곽형성경로에 이르는 어프로치경로와의 교차부분에서는 다른부분과 비교해서 방전휴지시간을 연장하는 동시에, 이 연장된 방전휴지시간에 따라 극간전압 상당전압치를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전 가공방법.
- 와이어전극과 피가공물과의 사이에 방전을 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 와이어전극과 상기 피가공물과의 극간전압 상당전압치에 따라 결정된 상대이동속도로 이들 와이어전극 및 피가공물을 상대이동시킴으로써 당해 피가공물에 가공을 하는 와이어방전 가공방법으로써, 피가공물의 코너부분에서는 다른 부분과 비교해서 방전휴지시간을 연장하는 동시에 이 연장된 방전휴지시간에 따라 극간전압 상당전압치를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전 가공방법.
