Claims (3)
- 입력 임피던스가 출력 임피던스보다도 낮은 비가역 회로 소자와 접속할 수 있는 고주파 증폭기로서,기판과,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 입력 신호를 수신하여 증폭하기 위한 증폭 소자와,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 증폭 소자의 출력 신호에 포함되는 고조파에 대한 정합을 취하기 위한 고조파 처리 회로와,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 고조파 처리 회로의 출력을 수신하고, 상기 비가역 회로 소자에 인가하기 위한 신호를, 소정의 주파수를 컷오프 주파수로 하여 선택적으로 투과시키는 필터 소자를 구비하는 고주파 증폭기.
- 고주파 신호를 송출하기 위한 무선 송신 장치로서,입력 신호를 수신하여 증폭하기 위한 증폭 소자와,상기 증폭 소자가 배치되는 기판과,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 증폭 소자의 출력 신호에 포함되는 고조파에 대한 정합을 취하기 위한 고조파 처리 회로와,적어도 일부가 상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 고조파 처리 회로의 출력을 수신하고, 소정의 주파수를 컷오프 주파수로 하여 선택적으로 투과시키는 필터 소자와,상기 필터 소자의 출력을 전송하기 위한 제 1 전송 선로와,상기 전송 선로로부터의 신호를 수신하여, 상기 전송 선로로부터의 신호 전송 방향으로 비가역적으로 신호를 전달하고, 입력 임피던스가 출력 임피던스보다도 낮은 비가역 회로 소자를 구비하는 무선 송신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 필터 소자는,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 고조파 처리 회로의 출력으로부터 상기 제 1 전송 선로에 이르는 신호 선로 상에 배치되는 인덕터와,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 신호 선로 상이면서, 상기 인덕터의 입력 측의 제 1 노드와 접지 사이에 배치되는 제 1 커패시터와,상기 기판 상에 마련되어, 상기 신호 선로 상이면서, 상기 인덕터의 출력 측의 제 2 노드와 상기 접지 사이에 배치되는 제 2 커패시터를 포함하는 무선 송신 장치.
