Claims (9)
- 각각이 리튬을 흡장·방출하는 능력을 갖는 금속재료와 용량성 탄소재료와, 필요에 따라서 가해지는 미세 도전조제의 분말혼합물로 이루어지고, 이 금속재료를 5~60중량%, 이 용량성 탄소재료를 40~95중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매 2차전지용 전극재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 금속재료가, Cu, Mg, Mo, Fe 및 Ni로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속과 Sn의 금속간화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속재료가 Cu와 Sn의 금속간화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 용량성 탄소재료의 X선 회절법으로 구해지는 평균 층면간격이 0.345nm 이하, 질소흡착에 의한 BET법에 의해 구해지는 비표면적이 1m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 용량성 탄소재료의 X선 회절법으로 구해지는 평균 층면간격이 0.345nm 이하, 질소흡착에 의한 BET법에 의해구해지는 비표면적이 1m2/g 이하이고, 1~10중량%인 미세 도전조제와 함께 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 용량성 탄소재료가, 그 X선 회절법으로 구해지는 평균 층면간격이 0.345nm 이상이고, BET법에 의해 구해지는 비표면적이 2.0m2/g 이상인 비흑연질 다공성 탄소재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항의 전극재료를 바인더와 함께 성형하여 이루어지는 비수용매 2차전지용 전극.
- 제 7 항의 전극을, 양극 및 음극의 어느 하나로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매 2차전지.
- 제 7 항의 전극을 음극으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매 2차전지.
