Claims (13)
- 양극 집전체(集電體) 및 그 위에 형성된 양극 합제층(合劑層)으로 이루어지는 양극과, 음극 집전체 및 그 위에 형성된 음극 합제층으로 이루어지는 음극과, 비수전해질로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지로서,① 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽은, 양의 저항온도계수를 가지고,② 상기 비수전해질은, 상기 전지의 통상의 작동전압에서는 안정되지만 상기 작동전압의 최대치를 넘는 전압에서는 중합하는 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽의 110∼130℃ 에서의 저항치가, 동 전극의 25℃ 에서의 저항치의 100배 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽의 120℃ 에서의 저항율이, 1O7Ω·cm 이상인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는, 비페닐, 3-클로로-티오펜, 푸란, o-터페닐, m-터페닐, p-터페닐, 디페닐에테르, 2,3-벤조푸란, 비스(p-토릴)에테르, 디아릴에테르, 아릴부틸에테르, 3-페녹시톨루엔 및 시클로헥실벤젠으로 이루어지는군으로부터 선택된 적어도 l 종인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 양극 집전체 및 음극 집전체의 적어도 한쪽의 표면에는, 양의 저항온도계수를 갖는 저항층을 형성되어 있는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 5 에 있어서, 상기 양극 집전체가 알루미늄으로 이루어지며, 상기 저항층이, 도전성 입자형상 물질과 결착폴리머의 혼합물로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서, 상기 입자형상 물질이, 탄소재료로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 6 에 있어서, 상기 결착폴리머는, 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌·초산비닐공중합체, 에틸렌·프로필렌공중합체, 에틸렌·프로필렌·초산비닐공중합체, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 비닐기를 갖는 방향족 탄화수소·공역디엔공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 5 에 있어서, 상기 음극 집전체는, 동 또는 니켈로 이루어지며, 상기 저항층은, 도전성 입자형상 물질과 결착폴리머의 혼합물로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 9 에 있어서, 상기 입자형상 물질은, 동 또는 니켈로 이루어지는 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 9 에 있어서, 상기 결착폴리머는, 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌·초산비닐공중합체, 에틸렌·프로필렌공중합체, 에틸렌·프로필렌·초산비닐공중합체, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 비닐기를 갖는 방향족 탄화수소·공역디엔공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 전지용량 C (mAh)과, 양극과 음극의 대향면적 A(cm2)의 비: C/A 값이, 0.2∼6.0mAh/cm2인 비수전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 전지용량 C (mAh)과, 양극과 음극의 대향면적 A(cm2)의 비: C/A값이, 0.2∼4.5mAh/cm2인 비수전해질 이차전지.
