Description
Claims (17)
- 열원 유닛(11)과 다수 대의 이용 유닛(12, 13…)이 접속되어 이루어진 냉매 회로(15)를 구비하여, 공기 조화 운전을 행하는 공기 조화 장치에 있어서,상기 냉매 회로(15)를 순환하는 냉매의 물리량이 목표값이 되도록 열원 유닛(11)의 공기 조화 능력을 제어하는 한편, 상기 목표값이 변경 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 열원 유닛(11)과 다수 대의 이용 유닛(12, 13…)이 접속되어 이루어진 냉매 회로(15)를 구비하여, 공기 조화 운전을 행하는 공기 조화 장치에 있어서,냉매의 물리량이 목표값이 되도록 열원 유닛(11)의 공기 조화 능력을 제어하는 능력 제어 수단(91); 및상기 능력 제어 수단(91)의 목표값을 변경하는 목표값 조정 수단(92)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 건물의 공기 조화 부하 특성에 대응하여 목표값을 가변으로 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 목표값의 제어 특성에 따라 공기 조화 공간의 설정 온도와 외부 온도와의 온도차에 따라 목표값을 가변으로 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 건물의 공기 조화 부하 특성에 따라 목표값의 제어 특성을 결정하는 결정 수단(93), 및 상기 결정 수단(93)에 의한 제어 특성에 따라 공기 조화 공간의 설정 온도와 외부 온도와의 온도차에 따라 목표값을 가변으로 제어하는 변경 수단(94)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,냉방 운전시의 냉매의 물리량은 증발 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,냉방 운전시의 냉매의 물리량은 증발 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,난방 운전시의 냉매의 물리량은 응축 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,난방 운전시의 냉매의 물리량은 응축 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열원 유닛(11)의 공기 조화 능력의 제어는, 상기 열원 유닛(11)의 압축기(41, 42)의 용량을 제어하여 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,건물의 부하 특성은 건물의 내부 발열량과 외부 열량에 따라 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,냉방 운전시의 냉매의 증발 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단(74)을 구비하고,상기 능력 제어 수단(91)은 냉방 운전시의 냉매의 증발 온도를 목표값으로 하여, 상기 온도 검출 수단(74)이 검출하는 증발 온도가 목표값이 되도록 상기 열원 유닛(11)의 공기 조화 능력을 제어하도록 구성되고,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)의 상기 결정 수단(93)은 증발 온도의 목표값의 제어 특성을 결정하도록 구성되고,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)의 상기 변경 수단(94)은 증발 온도의 목표값을 가변으로 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,난방 운전시의 냉매의 응축 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 수단(76)을 구비하고,상기 능력 제어 수단(91)은 난방 운전시의 냉매의 응축 온도를 목표값으로 하여, 상기 온도 검출 수단(76)이 검출하는 응축 온도가 목표값이 되도록 상기 열원 유닛(11)의 공기 조화 능력을 제어하도록 구성되는 한편,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)의 상기 결정 수단(93)은 응축 온도의 목표값의 제어 특성을 결정하도록 구성되고,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)의 상기 변경 수단(94)은 응축 온도의 목표값을 가변으로 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 12 항, 및 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 목표값의 제어 특성을 수동으로 설정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 12 항, 및 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 통신 라인(9a)을 통해 외부 설정 수단(9b)에서 입력되는 입력 신호에 따라 목표값의 제어 특성을 설정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 12 항, 및 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)은 목표값의 제어 특성을 공기 조화 운전 중의 운전 상태에 따라 학습하여 자동 설정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 목표값 조정 수단(92)의 상기 결정 수단(93)은 공기 조화 운전의 운전 휴지 회수에 따라 학습하여 목표값의 제어 특성을 설정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
