Claims (10)
- 활물질로서 리튬 함유 복합 천이금속 산화물, 또는 상기 리튬 함유 복합 천이금속 산화물에 있어서 리튬 함유 복합 천이금속 산화물을 구성하는 천이금속 이외의 금속원소가 고용체 상태로 함유되어 있는 리튬 함유 복합 천이금속 산화물을 함유하고, 또한 주기율표의 란탄족 원소와 IIA족, IIIB족, IVB족, VB족 및 VIB족의 금속중의 1종 이상과 이들 금속의 화합물을 함유하는 정극; 부극; 및 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiAsF6및 LiSbF6를 포함하는 플루오르 함유 무기 음이온 리튬염으로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 염과, 아래의 일반식 (1)로 나타내어지는 리튬 이미드염으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 염을 함유하는 전해질염과 용매를 함유하는 비수 전해액을 포함해서 된 리튬 2차전지상기 식에서 R1및 R2는 서로간에 독립하여 CnX2n+1또는 CnX2n-1(여기서 n은 1 ∼ 8의 정수이고, X는 수소원자 또는 할로겐 원자임)을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비수 전해액중에서의 리튬 이미드염의 농도가 0.003 몰/리터 이상, 0.50 몰/리터 이하인 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비수 전해액중에서의 리튬 이미드염의 농도가 0.003 몰/리터 이상, 0.25 몰/리터 이하인 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르 함유 무기 음이온 리튬염이 LiPF6이고, 리튬 이미드염이 LiN(CF3SO2)2인 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부극은, 리튬을 흡장(吸藏)ㆍ방출할 수 있고, 또한 격자면 (002)간의 거리 (d002)가 3.37 Å 이하이며, c 축 방향에서의 미세결정의 크기 (Lc)가 200 Å 이상인 탄소를 주성분으로 하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매는 적어도 환상 탄산 에스테르, 환상 카르복실산 에스테르, 비환상 탄산 에스테르 또는 지방족 카르복실산 에스테르를 함유하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비수 전해액중에서의 전해질염의 총 농도가 0.5 몰/리터 이상, 2 몰/리터 이하이고, 용매는 적어도 에틸렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, 비닐렌 카보네이트 또는 γ-부티로락톤을 함유하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비수 전해액중에서의 전해질염의 총 농도가 0.5 몰/리터 이상, 2 몰/리터 이하이고, 용매는 적어도 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트 또는 디메틸 카보네이트를 함유하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정극 활물질은 칼슘, 마그네슘, 이트륨, 란탄, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 크롬, 세륨 및 사마륨의 금속들과, 이들 금속의 화합물로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 리튬 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정극 활물질은 칼슘, 마그네슘, 이트륨, 란탄, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 크롬, 세륨 및 사마륨의 금속들과, 이들 금속의 화합물로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하고, 이들 금속으로 환산한 그 함유량은 활물질에 대해 10 ppm 이상, 500 ppm 이하인 리튬 2차전지.
