Claims (10)
- 자기영동 표시 패널에 있어서,적어도 하나의 기판이 투명한 한 쌍의 기판(7,8)과 상기 기판들(7,8)사이에 밀봉되며 0.8 내지 1.5 mm 의 두께(t)의 내부 공간부로 형성된 다셀 구조체(5)를 포함하는 자기 패널로서, 상기 다셀 구조체(5)는 각각의 셀이 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c) 및 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과는 다른 색조를 가지는 착색 자성 입자들(4)를 함유하는 다수의 셀(6)을 포함하는 상기 자기 패널과,자석이 단부에 설치되는 자기 기록 부재(2)로서, 상기 셀들(6)의 각각에서 상기 자성 입자들(4)의 자기영동에 의해 상기 자기 패널(1)의 표면(1a)상에 표시물을 표시하기 위해 상기 자기 패널(1)의 표면(1a)상에 미끄러져 이동하는 상기 자기 기록 부재(2)와,상기 자기 패널(1)의 하부를 따라 이동되도록 상기 자기 패널(1)의 하부에 배치되어 상기 셀들(6)의 각각에서 상기 자성 입자들(4)의 자기영동에 의해 상기 자기 패널(1)의 표면(1a)상에 표시물을 소거하는 자기 소거 부재(3)를 포함하며,상기 자기 기록 부재(2)가 상기 자기 패널(1)의 표면(1a)상에 위치되는 경우에, 상기 자기 기록 부재(2)는 상기 자기 패널(1)의 하부에서 100 내지 500 (Gauss)의 실효 자속 밀도를 나타내며,상기 자기 소거 부재(6)가 상기 자기 패널(1)의 하부에 위치되는 경우에, 상기 자기 소거 부재(6)는 상기 자기 패널(1)의 표면(1a)에서 300 내지 1500 (Gauss)의 실효 자속 밀도를 나타내는 자기영동 표시 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 패널(1)의 다수의 셀들(6)은 패터닝에 의해 다수의 영역들로 분류되며, 각각의 영역의 셀들(6)은 각각의 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 상기 각각의 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 다른 색조를 가지는 각각의 착색 자성 입자들(4)을 함유하는 자기영동 표시 패널.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 자성 입자들은 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)에 200 (Oe)의 자계가 인가되는 경우에 8.0 emu/g 이상의 자화를 나타내며, 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)에 500 (Oe)의 자계가 인가되는 경우에 20.0 emu/g 의 자화를 나타내며,상기 자기 패널(1)의 상기 셀들(6)의 각각은 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c) 의 80 내지 90 wt(%)와 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 다른 색조를 가지는 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)의 10 내지 20 wt(%)를 함유하는 자기영동 표시 패널.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 유동액들(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)의 각각은 이소파라핀, 산화 티타늄(17), 산화 규소(18), 알루미나(19), 착색 안료(20)를 포함하는 혼합 유동액을 포함하며, 상기 혼합 유동액은 25 ℃에서 200 내지 800 (cp)의 점도를 가지는 자기영동 표시 패널.
- 자기영동 표시 장치에 있어서,투명한 상부 기판(7)과,하부 기판(8)과,상기 상부 및 하부 기판들(7,8)사이에 밀봉된 다셀 구조체(5)로서, 0.8 내지 1.5 mm 의 두께(t)를 가지며 다수의 셀들(6)로 형성되는 다셀 구조체(5)와,각각 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 다른 착색을 가지며 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)내에 분산된 자성 입자들(4)을 포함하는 분산액들로서, 상기 다셀 구조체(5)의 상기 셀들(6)내에 봉입되는 분산액들과,상기 셀들(6)의 각각에서 상기 자성 입자들(4)의 자기영동에 의해 상기 상부 기판(7)상에 표시물이 표시되도록 상기 상부 기판(7)의 표면(1a)과 접촉되도록 적응될 수 있는 자석이 단부에 설치되는 자기 기록 부재(2)와,상기 하부 기판(8)의 외부 표면을 따라 이동되도록 상기 하부 기판(8)의 외부 표면상에 배치되어 상기 셀들(6)의 각각에서 상기 자성 입자들(4)의 자기영동에 의해 상기 상부 기판(7)상에 상기 표시물을 소거하는 자기 소거 부재(3)를 포함하며,상기 자기 기록 부재(2)가 상기 상부 기판(7)의 상기 표면(1a)상에 위치되는 경우에 상기 자기 기록 부재(2)는 상기 하부 기판(8) 부근에서 100 내지 500 (Gauss)의 실효 자속 밀도를 나타내며,상기 자기 소거 부재(6)가 상기 하부 기판(8)의 상기 외부 표면상에 위치되는 경우에 상기 상부 기판(7)의 상기 표면(1a)에서 300 내지 1500 (Gauss)의 실효 자속 밀도를 나타내는 자기영동 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 셀들(6)은, 각 영역내의 셀들(6)이 인접한 영역의 셀들(6)내에 함유된 분산액내에 포함되며 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 다른 색조를 가지는 상기 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)이 포함된 각각의 분산액을 포함하는 방식으로 패터닝에 의해 다수의 영역들로 분류되는 자기영동 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)은 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)에 200 (Oe)인 자계가 인가되는 경우에 8.0 emu/g 이상의 자화를 나타내며, 상기 착색 자성 입자들(4)에 500 (Oe)인 자계가 인가되는 경우에 20.0 emu/g 이상의 자화를 나타내는 자기영동 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산액들의 각각은 각각의 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)의 80 내지 90 wt(%)와 상기 각각의 착색 유동액(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)과 다른 색조를 가지는 각각의 착색 자성 입자들(4)의 10 내지 20 wt(%)를 함유하는 자기영동 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 유동액들(9, 9a,9b, 9c)의 각각은 이소파라핀, 산화 티타늄(17), 산화 규소(18), 알루미나(19), 착색 안료(20)를 포함하는 자기영동 표시 장치.
