Claims (19)
- (메트)아크릴 단량체(a) 및 (메트)아크릴 중합체 (b)를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물(A) 100중량부, 무기 충진제(B) 1 내지 500 중량부 및 경화제(C) 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하고,상기 성분(a)는, 비시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 불소 원자를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 시클릭 에테르 구조를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)는 10시간 반감 온도가 75℃ 이상인 라디칼 중합 개시제를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트가 이소보르닐 (메트)아크릴레이트인 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소 원자를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는(메트)아크릴레이트가 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 플루오로알킬기를 가지는(메트)아크릴레이트인 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시클릭 에테르 구조를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트가 테트라히드로푸르푸릴 (메트)아크릴레이트인 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- (메트)아크릴 단량체(a) 및 (메트)아크릴 중합체 (b)를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물(A) 100중량부, 무기 충진제(B) 1 내지 500 중량부 및 경화제(C) 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하고,상기 성분(a)는 시클로헥산 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 트리시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하고, 성분 (C)는 10시간 반감 온도가 75℃ 이상인 라디칼 중합 개시제를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시클로헥산 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트가 시클로헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트인 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 트리시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트가 트리시클로[5·2·1·02,6]데카닐 (메트)아크릴레이트인 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10시간 반감 온도가 75℃ 이상인 라디칼 중합 개시제가 하기 일반식 (I)로 나타내어지는 유기 퍼옥시드를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.<화학식 I>(여기서, R1및 R2는 수소 원자 또는 4 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 tert-알킬기를 나타내고, R3내지 R12는 수소 원자 또는 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.)
- (메트)아크릴 단량체(a) 및 (메트)아크릴 중합체 (b)를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물(A) 100중량부, 무기 충진제(B) 1 내지 500 중량부 및 경화제(C) 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하고,상기 성분 (C)는 하기의 일반식 (I) 내지 (VII)의 어느 하나에 의해 나타내어지는 유기 퍼옥시드를 하나 이상 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.<화학식 I>(여기서, R1및 R2는 수소 원자 또는 4 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 tert-알킬기를 나타내고, R3내지 R12는 수소 원자 또는 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.)<화학식 II>(여기서, R13은 1 내지 5개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.)<화학식 III>(여기서, R14및 R15는 수소 원자 또는 4 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 tert-알킬기를 나타내고, 시클로도데칸 고리에서 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기로 치환될 수도 있다.)<화학식 IV>(여기서, R16은 1 내지 5개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.)<화학식 V>(여기서, R17및 R19는 1 내지 5개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고, R18은 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬렌기를 나타낸다.)<화학식 VI>(여기서, R20은 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고, 벤젠 고리내 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 할로겐 원자 및(또는) 알킬기로 치환될 수도 있다.)<화학식 VII>(여기서, R21및 R23는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고, R22는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬렌기를 나타낸다.)
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (C)는 일반식 (I) 내지 (VI)의 어느 하나에 의해 나타내어지는 유기 퍼옥시드를 하나 이상 함유하고, 성분 (a)는 비시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트와 트리시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (C)는 일반식 (I), (III), (VI) 및 (VII)의 어느 하나에 의해 나타내어지는 유기 퍼옥시드를 하나 이상 함유하고, 성분 (a)는 시클로헥산 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 비시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 트리시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 불소 원자를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (C)는 일반식 (II), (IV) 및 (V)의 어느 하나에 의해 나타내어지는 유기 퍼옥시드를 하나 이상 함유하고, 성분 (a)는 시클로헥산 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 비시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 트리시클로 고리를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, 불소 원자를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 시클릭 에테르 구조를 갖는 에스테르기를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항, 제6항 및 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물이 무기 충진제 함유 수지 입자를 더 포함하는 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물.
- 제1항, 제6항 또는 제10항에 따른 (메트)아크릴 예비 혼합물 및 농후제를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴 SMC 또는 BMC.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 농후제가 중합체 분말인 (메트)아크릴 SMC 또는 BMC.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 분말의 벌크 밀도가 0.1 내지 0.7g/ml이고, 아마유에서의 오일 흡수도가 60 내지 200ml/100g이며, 메틸 메타크릴레이트에서의 팽창도가 16배 이상인 (메트)아크릴 SMC 또는 BMC.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 분말이 중량-평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 2,000,000인 비가교 중합체로 구성된 것인 (메트)아크릴 SMC 또는 BMC.
- 제15항의 (메트)아크릴 SMC 또는 BMC를 가압 및 105 내지 150℃ 범위내에서 가열하면서 경화시키는 것으로 이루어진 (메트)아크릴 인조 대리석의 제조방법.
