Claims (6)
- 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서의 어느 한쪽의 슬라이딩 부품의 슬라이딩면에, 누설측으로부터 피밀봉 유체측으로 연장되는 복수의 동압 발생홈이 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품으로서,
상기 한쪽의 슬라이딩면에는, 둘레 방향으로 연장되고 또한 누설측으로 개방된 오목홈이 형성되어 있고,
상기 오목홈은, 상기 동압 발생홈과 연통되고,
상기 오목홈과 상기 동압 발생홈의 경계에 있어서, 상기 오목홈의 바닥면은, 상기 동압 발생홈의 바닥면과 동일한 높이로 형성, 혹은, 상기 동압 발생홈의 바닥면보다도 높게 형성되고,
상기 오목홈은, 상기 동압 발생홈의 폭보다도 둘레 방향으로 길게 뻗어 있고,
상기 동압 발생홈은, 상기 오목홈 중의 상기 동압 발생홈으로부터 둘레방향으로 돌출하는 홈 부분과 지름 방향으로 오버랩되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오목홈은, 환상(環狀)으로 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 오목홈은, 상기 한쪽측의 슬라이딩면의 내경측 단부에 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
