Abstract
[해결 수단] 슬라이딩면에서 서로 상대 슬라이딩하는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부재로서, 적어도 한쪽의 슬라이딩면(S)은, 랜드부에 의해 둘러싸인 부압 발생 기구(41)와, 슬라이딩면(S) 내에 배설(配設)됨과 아울러 부압 발생 기구(41)로부터 분기되는 분기부(42)를 구비한다.

Claims (14)
- 슬라이딩면에서 서로 상대 슬라이딩하는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부재로서,
한쪽의 상기 슬라이딩면은, 피밀봉 유체측 랜드부 및 누설측 랜드부에 의해 지름 방향에서 둘러싸여, 누설측 및 피밀봉 유체측과 격리된 부압 발생 기구와,
상기 슬라이딩면 내에 배설(配設)됨과 아울러, 상기 부압 발생 기구로부터 분기되어 둘레 방향을 따라 독립적으로 복수 배설된 제1 분기부를 구비하고, 상기 제1 분기부는, 상기 피밀봉 유체측 랜드부에 의해 피밀봉 유체측과 비연통으로 격리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기부는, 제1-1 분기부와, 제1-2 분기부를 구비하고, 상기 제1-1 분기부는, 도중에서 제2 분기부가 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기부는, 이 제1 분기부와 인접한 다른 제1 분기부와 둘레 방향으로 겹치는 겹침부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 분기부는, 이 제2 분기부와 인접한 제1 분기부와 둘레 방향으로 겹치는 겹침부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
적어도 상기 부압 발생 기구는, 상기 부압 발생 기구로부터 상기 제1 분기부로 향하는 가이드 그루브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
시계 방향으로 연설(延設)되는 상기 제1-2 분기부 및 반시계 방향으로 연설되는 상기 제1-2 분기부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기부의 단부는 끝이 가는 홈부인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
시계 방향으로 연설되는 상기 제2 분기부 및 반시계 방향으로 연설되는 상기 제2 분기부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제2 분기부는 끝이 가는 홈부인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 부압 발생 기구의 둘레 방향의 중심과 회전 중심을 연결하는 지름 방향축에 대하여, 상기 제1-2 분기부와 대칭으로 배설되는 제1-2 분기부, 및 상기 제2 분기부와 대칭으로 배설되는 제2 분기부를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 부압 발생 기구는, 상기 슬라이딩면에 복수 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
피밀봉 유체측에 연통하는 유체 도입홈과, 일단이 상기 유체 도입홈에 연통함과 아울러 타단이 피밀봉 유체측 랜드부에 의해 둘러싸이는 동압 발생 기구와, 피밀봉 유체측 랜드부 내에 마련됨과 아울러 상기 유체 도입홈에 연통하는 개방홈을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제12항에 있어서,
시계 방향으로 연설되는 상기 동압 발생 기구 및 반시계 방향으로 연설되는 상기 동압 발생 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 동압 발생 기구는 상기 유체 도입홈에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
