Abstract

Claims (10)
- 서로 상대 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩면을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서, 적어도 한쪽 측의 슬라이딩면은, 복수의 딤플을 구비하고,
상기 딤플은, 상기 슬라이딩면보다 움푹 패인 오목부와, 상기 오목부의 외주부에, 또한, 상기 오목부보다 얕은 주연부(周緣部)를 구비하고,
상기 오목부는 그 중앙에서 뾰족한 바닥부 및 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 슬라이딩면을 향하여 서서히 개구가 커지는 벽부를 가지고,
상기 주연부는 상기 오목부의 외측에서 상기 슬라이딩면에 연이어지는 외주연부, 일정한 깊이를 가지는 바닥부 벽, 및, 상기 외주연부와 상기 바닥부 벽과의 사이에 입설되는 둘레벽을 가지고,
상기 벽부를 구획하는 면을 연장한 면과 상기 슬라이딩면과의 교차부에 있어서의 직경을 상기 오목부의 개구경 D, 상기 오목부의 상기 바닥부의 깊이를 G로 했을 때, 상기 깊이(G)와 상기 개구경(D)과의 비(G/D)는 0.25 내지 1이며,
상기 교차부와 상기 외주연부 사이의 직경방향 폭을 상기 주연부의 폭 E로 했을 때, 상기 폭(E)과 상기 개구경(D)과의 비(E/D)는 0.15 내지 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 상기 벽부와 상기 주연부의 상기 바닥부 벽과의 사이에 곡면으로 이루어지는 내주연부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 상기 깊이(G)는 5㎛ 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주연부의 폭(E)은 5㎛ 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 개구경(D)을 10㎛ 내지 60㎛, 상기 폭(E)을 5㎛ 내지 20㎛ 및 상기 깊이(G)를 5㎛ 내지 50㎛로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
