Abstract
[해결 수단] 서로 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩면(S)을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서, 적어도 한쪽 측의 슬라이딩면(S)은 복수의 딤플(10)을 배치하여 이루어지는 딤플군(20)을 구비하고, 딤플군(20)의 딤플(10)의 중심 좌표의 반경 방향 좌표 평균이 슬라이딩면(S)의 슬라이딩 반경(Rm)보다 작아지도록 딤플(10)이 배치된다.

Claims (11)
- 서로 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩면을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서, 적어도 한쪽 측의 상기 슬라이딩면은 복수의 딤플을 배치하여 이루어지는 딤플군을 구비하고,
상기 슬라이딩 부품의 외주측 및 내주측 중, 한쪽은 고압 유체측, 다른 한쪽은 저압 유체측이고,
상기 딤플은 평탄한 상기 슬라이딩면에 둘러싸인 개구부를 갖는 홈으로 이루어지고,
상기 딤플군은 상기 딤플의 지름 방향의 간격이 상기 저압 유체측에서 좁고, 상기 저압 유체측으로부터 상기 고압 유체측을 향하여 서서히 넓어지도록 배치됨으로써, 상기 딤플군의 상기 딤플의 중심 좌표의 반경 방향 좌표 평균이 상기 슬라이딩면의 슬라이딩 반경보다 작아지도록 배치되어 이루어지는 펌핑형 딤플군을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 딤플군은 복수의 상기 딤플을 원환상으로 배치하여 이루어지는 서브 딤플군을 동심(同心) 형상으로 복수 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 서브 딤플군의 지름 방향의 간격은 상기 저압 유체측에서 좁고, 상기 저압 유체측으로부터 상기 고압 유체측을 향하여 서서히 넓어지도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 딤플군을 구성하는 복수의 상기 딤플은 지름 방향축에 대하여 경사지는 축을 따라 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 서로 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩면을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품으로서, 적어도 한쪽 측의 상기 슬라이딩면은 복수의 딤플을 배치하여 이루어지는 딤플군과, 둘레 방향에 복수의 구획을 구비하고,
상기 슬라이딩 부품의 외주측 및 내주측 중, 한쪽은 고압 유체측, 다른 한쪽은 저압 유체측이고,
상기 딤플은 평탄한 상기 슬라이딩면에 둘러싸인 개구부를 갖는 홈으로 이루어지고,
상기 딤플군은 상기 구획에 배치되고, 또한, 랜드부에 의해 상기 슬라이딩면의 둘레 방향에 분리 독립하여 형성되고,
상기 딤플군은 상기 딤플의 둘레 방향의 간격이 상기 구획의 중앙부에서 좁게 배치되고, 상기 구획의 중앙부로부터 둘레 방향 단부를 향하여 서서히 넓게 배치됨으로써, 상기 딤플군의 상기 딤플의 중심 좌표의 각도 방향 표준편차가 0.8 미만이 되도록 상기 딤플이 배치되어 이루지는 윤활형 딤플군을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 구획에서, 상기 딤플군은 상기 딤플의 지름 방향의 간격을 상기 저압 유체측에서 좁고, 상기 저압 유체측으로부터 상기 고압 유체측을 향하여 서서히 넓어지도록 배치됨으로써, 상기 딤플군의 상기 딤플의 중심 좌표의 반경 방향 좌표 평균이 상기 슬라이딩면의 슬라이딩 반경보다 작아지도록 배치되어 이루어지는 펌핑형 딤플군을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 딤플군은 복수의 상기 딤플을 원환상으로 배치하여 이루어지는 서브 딤플군을 동심 형상으로 복수 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 서브 딤플군의 지름 방향의 간격은 상기 저압 유체측에서 좁고, 상기 저압 유체측으로부터 상기 고압 유체측을 향하여 서서히 넓어지도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면은 상기 펌핑형 딤플군과 상기 윤활형 딤플군의 사이에 배열 설치되는 환상(環狀)홈과, 상기 환상홈과 상기 고압 유체측을 연통하는 연통홈을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 삭제
