Abstract
누설측으로부터 슬라이딩면으로의 흡입 특성의 향상을 도모함으로써, 밀봉성이 우수한 슬라이딩 부품을 제공한다.
(해결 수단)
한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품의 서로 상대 슬라이딩하는 적어도 일방측의 환형상의 슬라이딩면에 복수의 딤플이 배치되는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서, 복수의 딤플(10)은 랜덤으로 배치되어 랜덤 딤플군(11)이 형성되고, 랜덤 딤플군(11)의 딤플(10)의 중심의 반경 방향 좌표 평균이 상기 슬라이딩면(S)의 슬라이딩 반경(15)보다 작게 되도록 딤플(10)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

Claims (6)
- 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 부품의 서로 상대 슬라이딩하는 적어도 일방측의 환형상의 슬라이딩면에 복수의 딤플이 배치되는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면의 직경 방향의 일방의 측이 피밀봉 유체측이며, 상기 슬라이딩면의 직경 방향의 타방의 측이 누설측이며,
상기 적어도 일방측의 상기 슬라이딩면은, 상기 복수의 딤플은 랜덤으로 배치되어 이루어지는 랜덤 딤플군을 갖추고,
상기 슬라이딩면의 상기 누설측에는 상기 랜덤 딤플군의 상기 딤플의 중심의 반경 방향 좌표 평균이 상기 슬라이딩면의 슬라이딩 반경보다 작게 되도록 상기 딤플이 배치되어 이루어지는 펌핑형 랜덤 딤플군이 배열설치되고,
상기 슬라이딩면의 상기 피밀봉 유체측에는 상기 랜덤 딤플군의 딤플의 각도 방향 표준편차가 적어도 1 미만이 되도록 상기 딤플이 배치되어 이루어지는 윤활형 랜덤 딤플군이 배열설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 랜덤 딤플군은 랜드부를 통하여 슬라이딩면의 둘레 방향으로 독립적으로 복수 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 랜덤 딤플군의 딤플의 각도 방향 표준편차가 0.8 미만이 되도록 상기 딤플이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩면에는 상기 누설측과 이격됨과 아울러 상기 피밀봉 유체측과 연통된 깊은 홈이 배열설치되고, 상기 깊은 홈의 원주 방향 깊은 홈이 상기 펌핑형 랜덤 딤플군과 상기 윤활형 랜덤 딤플군과의 사이에 배열설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
