Claims (15)
- 측쇄형 액정 폴리머와, 중합성 액정 화합물과, 광중합 개시제를 함유하고,
상기 측쇄형 액정 폴리머가, 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 구성 단위와, 액정성 부분을 포함하는 측쇄를 갖는 액정성 구성 단위를 갖는, 액정 조성물.
(일반식 (I) 중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, X는 친수성부를 나타내고, Y는 소수성부를 나타낸다.
친수성부를 나타내는 X는,
(x1) -(C2H4O)n-(n은 2 이상 17 이하),
(x2) 수산기가 치환된 탄소수 1 이상 5 이하의 포화 지방족 탄화수소기와 -O-, -O-C(=O)-, -C(=O)-O-, -NR2-C(=O)- 및 -C(=O)-NR2-로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 연결기의 조합, 또는,
(x3) -(C2H4O)n'-(n'은 1 이상 17 이하)와 수산기가 치환되어 있어도 되는 탄소수 1 이상 5 이하인 포화 지방족 탄화수소기와 상기 연결기의 조합이고,
R2는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.

(y1) 탄소수 8 이상 22 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기,

- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 위상차층의 측정 파장 550㎚에서의 두께 방향의 위상차 Rth(550)가 -80㎚ 미만인, 위상차 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 액정 조성물을 성막하는 공정과,
상기 성막된 상기 액정 조성물 중의 상기 측쇄형 액정 폴리머가 갖는 상기 액정성 구성 단위와, 상기 중합성 액정 화합물을 배향시키는 공정과,
상기 배향시키는 공정 후에, 상기 중합성 액정 화합물을 중합하는 공정을 가짐으로써, 위상차층을 형성하는, 위상차 필름의 제조 방법. - 위상차층과, 상기 위상차층을 박리 가능하게 지지한 지지체를 구비하고,
상기 위상차층이, 측쇄형 액정 폴리머와, 중합성 액정 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 측쇄형 액정 폴리머가, 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 구성 단위와, 액정성 부분을 포함하는 측쇄를 갖는 액정성 구성 단위를 갖는, 액정 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는,
상기 위상차층의 전사에 제공하는, 전사용 적층체.
(일반식 (I) 중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, X는 친수성부를 나타내고, Y는 소수성부를 나타낸다.
친수성부를 나타내는 X는,
(x1) -(C2H4O)n-(n은 2 이상 17 이하),
(x2) 수산기가 치환된 탄소수 1 이상 5 이하의 포화 지방족 탄화수소기와 -O-, -O-C(=O)-, -C(=O)-O-, -NR2-C(=O)- 및 -C(=O)-NR2-로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 연결기의 조합, 또는,
(x3) -(C2H4O)n'-(n'은 1 이상 17 이하)와 수산기가 치환되어 있어도 되는 탄소수 1 이상 5 이하의 포화 지방족 탄화수소기와 상기 연결기의 조합이고,
R2는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다.
소수성부를 나타내는 Y는,
(y1) 탄소수 8 이상 22 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기,
(y2) 나프틸기 또는 비페닐기,
(y3) 탄소수 1 이상 22 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기와 탄소수 6 이상 12 이하의 방향족 탄화수소기의 조합, 또는,
(y4) 탄소수 4 이상 22 이하의 지방족 탄화수소기 및 탄소수 6 이상 12 이하의 방향족 탄화수소기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종과 -(C3H6O)m-(m은 1 이상 5 이하)의 조합이다.) - 위상차층과, 상기 위상차층을 박리 가능하게 지지한 지지체를 구비하고,
상기 위상차층이, 측쇄형 액정 폴리머와, 중합성 액정 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 측쇄형 액정 폴리머가, 하기 일반식 (I')으로 표시되는 구성 단위와, 액정성 부분을 포함하는 측쇄를 갖는 액정성 구성 단위를 갖는, 액정 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는,
상기 위상차층의 전사에 제공하는, 전사용 적층체.

적어도 편광판을 포함하는 피전사체와, 상기 전사용 적층체의 상기 위상차층을 대향시켜, 상기 피전사체 상에 상기 전사용 적층체를 전사하는 전사 공정과,
상기 피전사체 상에 전사된 상기 전사용 적층체로부터, 상기 지지체를 박리하는 박리 공정을
갖는, 광학 부재의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 기재된 위상차 필름, 또는 당해 위상차 필름 상에 편광판을 구비하는 광학 부재를 구비하는, 표시 장치.
