Claims (10)
- 솔리드 와이어로서,
화학 조성이, 상기 솔리드 와이어의 전체 질량에 대한 질량%로:
C: 0.003% 이상 0.080% 이하;
Si: 0.0010% 이상 0.50% 이하;
Mn: 0.050% 이상 1.80% 이하;
Al: 0.030% 이상 0.500% 이하;
Ni: 8.0% 이상 16.0% 이하;
P: 0.0200% 이하;
S: 0.0100% 이하;
O: 0.050% 이하;
Ta: 0% 이상 0.1000% 이하;
Cu: 0% 이상 0.5% 이하;
Cr: 0% 이상 0.5% 이하;
Mo: 0% 이상 0.5% 이하;
V: 0% 이상 0.20% 이하;
Ti: 0% 이상 0.10% 이하;
Nb: 0% 이상 0.10% 이하;
B: 0% 이상 0.010% 이하;
Mg: 0% 이상 0.80% 이하;
REM: 0% 이상 0.050% 이하; 및
잔부: Fe 및 불순물
을 포함하고,
하기의 식 a로 정의되는 α가 1.36% 이상 5.50% 이하이고,
하기의 식 b로 정의되는 Ceq가 0.250% 이상 0.520% 이하인 것
을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어.
α=2×[Mn]+[Al]+1.5×[Ti]+[Mg]+10×[Ta] …(식 a)
Ceq=[C]+[Si]/24+[Mn]/6+[Ni]/40+[Cr]/5+[Mo]/4+[V]/14 …(식 b)
단, 식 a 및 식 b의 []로 표시된 원소는, 각각의 원소의 상기 솔리드 와이어의 상기 전체 질량에 대한 질량%에 의한 함유량을 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학 조성이, 상기 솔리드 와이어의 전체 질량에 대한 질량%로,
Ta: 0.0005% 이상 0.1000% 이하;
Cu: 0.1% 이상 0.5% 이하;
Cr: 0.01% 이상 0.5% 이하;
Mo: 0.01% 이상 0.5% 이하;
V: 0.01% 이상 0.20% 이하;
Ti: 0.005% 이상 0.10% 이하;
Nb: 0.002% 이상 0.10% 이하;
B: 0.0003% 이상 0.010% 이하;
Mg: 0.10% 이상 0.80% 이하; 및
REM: 0.001% 이상 0.050% 이하
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔리드 와이어 중의 상기 REM의 함유량이, 상기 솔리드 와이어의 상기 전체 질량에 대한 질량%로 0.010% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표면에 퍼플루오로폴리에테르유를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인장 강도가 500MPa 이상 1000MPa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔리드 와이어의 전체 질량에 대한 질량%로, REM: 0% 이상 0.001% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔리드 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 솔리드 와이어를 사용하여 강재를 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 강재가,
판 두께가 6㎜ 이상 100㎜ 이하이고,
Ni의 함유량이 5.5질량% 이상 9.5질량% 이하이고,
인장 강도가 660MPa 이상 900MPa 이하인 것
을 특징으로 하는 용접 조인트의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용접이 가스 실드 아크 용접인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 조인트의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 실드 가스가, 순Ar 가스, 순He 가스, Ar과 합계 20체적% 이하의 O2 및 CO2의 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 가스, 그리고 He와 합계 20체적% 이하의 O2 및 CO2의 한쪽 또는 양쪽을 포함하는 가스 중 어느 하나인 것임을 특징으로 하는 용접 조인트의 제조 방법.
