Claims (29)
- 시뮬레이션된 조직 구조체를 만드는 방법으로서,
근위 단부, 원위 단부 및 길이 방향 축을 갖는 맨드릴(mandrel)을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 맨드릴의 상기 원위 단부는 길이를 갖는 인터로킹(interlocking) 부분을 포함하는, 단계;
상기 시뮬레이션된 조직 구조체의 내부 부분을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 내부 부분은, 상기 인터로킹 부분의 전체 길이가 루멘(lumen) 내부에 위치되도록 상기 인터로킹 부분을 수용하도록 크기가 결정되고 구성된 상기 루멘을 갖는, 단계;
상기 맨드릴 상에 상기 내부 부분을 위치시키는 단계;
상기 내부 부분의 상기 루멘 내로 상기 맨드릴의 상기 인터로킹 부분을 위치시키는 단계;
상기 맨드릴을 상기 길이 방향 축에 대하여 회전시키는 단계;
경화되지 않은 실리콘을 상기 내부 부분 상에 적용(apply)하는 단계;
상기 내부 부분을 둘러싸는 외부 부분을 형성하기 위하여 상기 실리콘을 경화시키는 단계; 및
상기 내부 부분 및 상기 외부 부분을 하나의 유닛으로서 상기 맨드릴로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 맨드릴을 제공하는 단계는 상기 인터로킹 부분의 원위에 또는 근위에 해부학적 형상 부분을 갖는 맨드릴을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며, 및 상기 경화되지 않은 실리콘을 적용하는 단계는 상기 외부 부분을 형성하기 위하여 상기 해부학적 형상 부분 및 내부 부분에 경화되지 않은 실리콘을 적용하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 해부학적 형상 부분은 인간 나팔관의 적어도 부분을 모방(mimic)하도록 성형되는, 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,

상기 내부 부분 및 상기 외부 부분은 인간 자궁을 나타내도록 구성되고 크기가 결정되는, 방법.

시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체를 제공하는 단계;
길이 방향 축, 근위 단부 및 원위 단부를 갖는 맨드릴을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 맨드릴은 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체에 제거가능하게 부착되도록 구성되는, 단계;
상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체를 상기 길이 방향 축을 따른 위치에서 상기 맨드릴에 연결하는 단계;
상기 맨드릴 및 연결된 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체를 회전시키는 단계;
경화되지 않은 상태의 제 2 재료를 상기 맨드릴 및 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체에 적용하는 단계;
상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체가 상기 제 2 재료의 얇은 쉘(shell) 내에 둘러싸이는 시뮬레이션된 조직 구조체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 제 2 재료를 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체 및 맨드릴 상에서 경화시키는 단계로서, 상기 시뮬레이션된 조직 구조체는 상기 맨드릴 상에서 경화된 상기 제 2 재료에 의해 획정(define)된 적어도 하나의 루멘을 갖는, 단계;
상기 제 2 재료를 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체에 부착하는 단계; 및
상기 부착된 제 2 재료와 함께 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,
상기 방법은, 상기 시뮬레이션된 해부학적 구조체와 제 2 재료 사이에 시뮬레이션된 종양을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
