도 2a 내지 2f는 본 발명에 따른 발아 통밀의 제분 방법에 대한 각 단계를 시각적으로 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (1)
- (a) 통밀을 기본 도정하는 단계;
(b) 상기 도정된 통밀을 물에 12 내지 24 시간 침지시켜 통밀의 함수량을 기설정된 범위 내로 증가시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 함수량이 증가된 통밀을 세척하여 이물질을 제거하는 단계;
(d) 상기 세척된 통밀을 직사광이 차단된 상태의 15 내지 25 ℃의 온도조건 하에서 6 내지 48 시간 발아시키는 단계;
(e) 상기 발아된 통밀을 압착 분쇄시키는 단계;
(f) 상기 압착 분쇄된 발아 통밀 압착분쇄물을 건조시키는 단계; 및
(h) 상기 건조된 발아 통밀 압착분쇄물을 분쇄시켜 제분하는 단계;를 포함하여 수행되고:
상기 (e)의 압착 분쇄 단계는,
롤러식 압착 분쇄기를 통해 습윤 발아된 통밀을 압착하여 수행되는 습식 압착 분쇄에 의해 수행되며:
상기 (f)의 건조 단계는,
50 내지 60 ℃ 온도조건 하에서, 압착 분쇄된 발아 통밀 압착분쇄물의 함수량이 6 내지 15% 사이에서 설정된 함수량에 이르도록, 원통형 몸체를 포함하는 회전식 열풍건조기에 의해 수행되고:
상기 원통형 몸체의 내주면에는,
내측으로 돌출된 다수개의 돌기가 형성되며:
상기 (f) 건조 단계의 상기 설정된 함수량은,
상기 기본 도정의 도정 정도에 비례하여 도정 정도가 낮을 수록, 상기 압착 분쇄의 압착율에 반비례하여 압착률이 높을수록 낮은 함수량으로 설정되고:
상기 (a)의 기본 도정 단계는,
2 내지 5 분도 범위로 수행되며:
상기(h)의 제분분쇄는,
발아통밀가루의 입도 분포가 80 내지 250메시(mesh)가 되도록 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 특화된 발아통밀가루 제조 방법.
