하기의 관계식 1에서 정의되는 Pcm이 0.19~0.21이며,
미세조직으로 0.5~1.5면적%의 시멘타이트 및 잔부 페라이트를 포함하고,
EBSP법으로 측정된 페라이트 평균 입경이 4㎛ 이하이고,
항복강도가 500MPa 이상인 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 고강도 강판.

(여기서, [C], [Si], [Mn], [Cu], [Cr], [Ni], [Mo], [V] 및 [B]는 해당 합금원소의 중량%이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강판은 -50℃에서의 충격 평균 흡수에너지가 100J 이상이고, -20℃에서의 FL CTOD 최소값이 0.25mm 이상인 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 고강도 강판.
- 중량%로, C: 0.02~0.05%, Si: 0.05~0.2%, Mn: 2.0~2.4%, P: 0.012% 이하, S: 0.003% 이하, Al: 0.01~0.04%, Cu: 0.2~0.4%, Ni: 2.1~2.5%, Nb: 0.005~0.015%, Ti: 0.005~0.015%, N: 0.002~0.006%, Ca: 0.0005~0.002%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기의 관계식 1에서 정의되는 Pcm이 0.19~0.21를 만족하는 강 슬라브를 1050~1150℃ 범위의 온도에서 재가열하는 단계;
상기 재가열된 슬라브를 900℃ 이상의 온도에서 1차 압연하는 단계;
상기 1차 압연된 강판을 700~850℃의 압연 종료 온도와 40% 이상의 누적 압하율로 2차 압연하는 단계;
상기 2차 압연된 강판을 3℃/s 이상의 냉각속도로 300℃ 이하까지 수냉하는 단계; 및
상기 냉각된 강판을 500~600℃로 템퍼링 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 용접 열영향부 인성이 우수한 고강도 강판의 제조방법.
