Claims (11)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.06~0.25%, 실리콘(Si): 0.05~0.50%, 망간(Mn): 1.0~2.0%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.005~0.40%, 인(P): 0.010% 이하, 황(S): 0.0015% 이하, 니오븀(Nb): 0.001~0.03%, 바나듐(V): 0.001~0.03%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.001~0.03%, 크롬(Cr): 0.01~0.20%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.05~0.15%, 구리(Cu): 0.01~0.50%, 니켈(Ni): 0.05~0.50%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.0040%, 산소(O): 0.0010% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
하기 관계식 1에서 정의되는 Ceq 값이 0.42 미만이고,
하기 관계식 2에서 정의되는 IC 값이 100 초과이며,
구 오스테나이트 결정립 평균 크기가 30㎛ 이하이고,
하기 관계식 3에서 정의되는 IN 값이 0.1 이하이며,
150~200kJ/cm 대입열 용접 및 용접후열처리(PWHT)한 후, 열처리된 강재의 ICHAZ (Inter-critical HAZ)은 MA 상을 15면적% 이하로 포함하는 강재.

(여기서, S1은 원상당 직경으로 측정한 크기가 6㎛ 이상인 Ca-Al-O 복합 개재물의 면적의 합이고, S2는 모든 Ca-Al-O 복합 개재물의 면적의 합을 의미함)

상기 강재는 질소(N)을 0.0020~0.0060% 더 포함하는 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강재의 미세조직은 30면적% 이하의 펄라이트 및 잔부 페라이트로 이루어지는 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강재의 두께는 5~100mm인 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강재를 150~200kJ/cm 대입열 용접 및 용접후열처리(PWHT)한 후, 열처리된 강재의 ICHAZ (Inter-critical HAZ)은 MA 상의 직경이 10㎛ 이하인 강재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강재를 150~200kJ/cm 대입열 용접 및 용접후열처리(PWHT)한 후, 열처리된 강재의 ICHAZ은 인장강도가 450~620MPa이고, -40℃에서의 저온 충격인성이 80J 이상인 강재.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.06~0.25%, 실리콘(Si): 0.05~0.50%, 망간(Mn): 1.0~2.0%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.005~0.40%, 인(P): 0.010% 이하, 황(S): 0.0015% 이하, 니오븀(Nb): 0.001~0.03%, 바나듐(V): 0.001~0.03%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.001~0.03%, 크롬(Cr): 0.01~0.20%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0.05~0.15%, 구리(Cu): 0.01~0.50%, 니켈(Ni): 0.05~0.50%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.0005~0.0040%, 산소(O): 0.0010% 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 관계식 1에서 정의되는 Ceq 값이 0.42 미만이고, 하기 관계식 2에서 정의되는 IC 값이 100 초과인 강 슬라브를 제조하는 단계;
상기 제조된 강 슬라브를 1150~1300℃의 온도범위로 재가열하는 단계;
상기 가열된 슬라브를 900~1050℃의 마무리 열간압연 온도로 열간압연하는 단계;
상기 열간압연된 강판을 850~950℃로 가열하여 5~60분 유지하는 노멀라이징하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 슬라브 제조 단계는 2차 정련 후 용강에 Metal Ca Wire를 투입하여 Ca의 투입량이 0.015~0.12kg/ton이 되도록 투입하는 단계; 및 상기 Ca 투입 후, 래들 내 불활성 가스 취입량이 10~50 liter/min이 되도록 5~20 min간 청정 버블링하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 Ca Wire의 투입속도는 100~250meter/min이고, 상기 래들 내 불활성 가스 취입 개소는 2개이고,
구 오스테나이트 결정립 평균 크기가 30㎛ 이하이고,
150~200kJ/cm 대입열 용접 및 용접후열처리(PWHT)한 후, 열처리된 강재의 ICHAZ (Inter-critical HAZ)은 MA 상을 15면적% 이하로 포함하는 강재의 제조방법.
