- 중량%로, C:0.02-0.18%, Si:0.05-0.5%, Mn:0.4-2.0%, Ti:0.005-0.2%, Al: 0.005-0.1%, N:0.008-0.030%, B:0.0003-0.01%, P:0.03%이하, S:0.03%이하, O:0.005%이하, 1.2≤Ti/N≤2.5, 10≤N/B≤40, 2.5≤Al/N≤7, 0.3≤Nb/N≤9, 7 ≤(Ti+2Al+4B+Nb)/N ≤17을 만족하고, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불순물로 조성되고; 그리고 그 미세조직은 그 크기가 3~6㎛이고, 페라이트와 퍼얼라이트의 복합조직으로 이루어지고, 그리고 상기 페라이트의 상분율이 80%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강재에는 Ni:0.1~3.0%, Cu:0.1~1.5%, V:0.01~0.1%, Mo:0.05~1.0%, Cr:0.05~1.0%의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 그리고, Ca:0.0005-0.005%, REM:0.005∼0.05%의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강재에는 0.01-0.1㎛의 TiN 및 Ti-Nb복합석출물이 0.5㎛이하의 간격으로 1.0x107개/㎟ 이상 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 강 슬라브에는 Ni:0.1~3.0%, Cu:0.1~1.5%, V:0.01~0.1%, Mo:0.05~1.0%, Cr:0.05~1.0%의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 그리고, Ca:0.0005-0.005%, REM:0.005∼0.05%의 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강의 제조방법
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브는 Ti 보다 탈산력이 큰 Al, REM, Zr, Ca 및 Mg의 그룹에서 선택된 탈산원소를 Ti의 투입전에 투입하여 용존산소량을 30ppm이하로 탈산한 다음, Ti을 첨가하여 0.005~0.2% 되도록 하고 탈가스처리하여 연속주조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강의 제조방법
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브의 연속주조는 용강을 0.9~1.2m/min의 속도로 주조하면서 2차냉각대에서 0.3~0.35l/kg의 비수량으로 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강의 제조방법
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브의 연속주조는 용강을 0.9~1.2m/min의 속도로 주조하면서 2차냉각대에서 0.3~0.35l/kg의 비수량으로 약냉함을 특징으로 하는 용접열영향부 인성이 우수한 페라이트 세립형 용접구조용 강의 제조방법
