Abstract
본 발명의 표면 수식 무기 질화물은, 무기 질화물과, 상기 무기 질화물 표면 상에 흡착된 하기 일반식 (I)로 나타나는 화합물을 포함한다.
Description
도 2는 질화 붕소 첨가 전후의 화합물 C-3 함유 용액의 자외 가시 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.
도 3은 질화 붕소 첨가 전후의 화합물 C-8 함유 용액의 자외 가시 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.
도 4는 질화 붕소 첨가 전후의 화합물 C-15 함유 용액의 자외 가시 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.
도 5는 질화 붕소 첨가 전후의 화합물 C-28 함유 용액의 자외 가시 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.
Claims (15)
- 무기 질화물과, 상기 무기 질화물 표면 상에 흡착된 하기 일반식 (I)로 나타나는 화합물을 포함하는 표면 수식 무기 질화물.
[화학식 1]
일반식 (I) 중, X는, 수산기, 카복실산기, 포스폰산기, 인산기, 포스핀산기, 설폰산기, 싸이올기, 또는 아미노기를 나타낸다. Y는, 방향족 탄화 수소환기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다. Z는, 알데하이드기, 석신산 이미드기, 오늄기, 할로젠화 알킬기, 할로젠 원자, 나이트릴기, 아크릴로일기, 메타크릴로일기, 옥세탄일기, 바이닐기, 알카인일기, 혹은 말레이미드기, 또는 카보네이트기를 갖는 기를 나타낸다. L1 및 L2는, 각각 독립적으로, 단결합, 또는 -O-, -CO-, -S-, -CS-, -NR11-, -N=N-, 및 2가의 탄화 수소기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 조합한 2가의 연결기를 나타낸다. R11은, 수소 원자 또는 알킬기를 나타낸다. m 및 n은, 각각 독립적으로, 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다.
또한, 일반식 (I) 중, X가 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 복수 개 존재하는 X는, 각각 동일해도 되고 달라도 된다. 또, Z가 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 복수 개 존재하는 Z는, 각각 동일해도 되고 달라도 된다. 또, L1이 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 복수 개 존재하는 L1은, 각각 동일해도 되고 달라도 된다. 또, L2가 복수 개 존재하는 경우, 복수 개 존재하는 L2는, 각각 동일해도 되고 달라도 된다.
단, X가 아미노기를 나타내는 경우, Z는, 할로젠 원자 이외의 기를 나타낸다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 X가, 수산기, 카복실산기, 포스폰산기, 인산기, 포스핀산기, 설폰산기, 또는 싸이올기인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 Y가, 방향족 탄화 수소환기인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 Y가, 벤젠환을 3환 이상 포함하는 다환식 방향족 탄화 수소환기인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 Y가, 피렌환기인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 무기 질화물이, 질화 붕소 및 질화 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 무기 질화물이, 질화 붕소인 표면 수식 무기 질화물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 표면 수식 무기 질화물과, 중합성 모노머를 포함하는 조성물.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 중합성 모노머가, 아크릴로일기, 메타크릴로일기, 옥시란일기, 옥세탄일기, 및 바이닐기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 기를 갖는 조성물. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 중합성 모노머 또는 그 경화물이, 액정성을 나타내는 조성물. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
열전도 재료를 형성하기 위하여 이용되는 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 표면 수식 무기 질화물을 포함하는 열전도 재료.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
시트상인 열전도 재료. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
방열 시트에 이용되는 열전도 재료. - 디바이스와, 상기 디바이스 상에 배치된 청구항 12에 기재된 열전도 재료를 포함하는 열전도층을 갖는 열전도층 부착 디바이스.
