- 질량% 로,
C : 0.02 ∼ 0.20 %,
Mn : 0.80 ∼ 2.10 %,
Si : 0.01 ∼ 0.50 %,
P : 0.034 % 이하,
S : 0.0050 % 이하,
Nb : 0.01 ∼ 0.15 %,
Ti : 0.001 ∼ 0.030 %,
Al : 0.001 ∼ 0.080 % 를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성과,
연속 냉각 변태 조직 (Zw) 을 주상으로 하고, 판폭 방향을 법선 방향으로 하는 면의 {001}α 립은, 면적분율이 10 % 이하이고, 또한, 연결 사이즈가 면적 평균 입경으로 10 ㎛ 이하인 마이크로 조직을 갖고,
인장 강도가 520 ㎫ 이상이고, 낙중 시험 (DWTT) 에 있어서의 연성 파면율 85 % 가 되는 온도가 -25 ℃ 이하이고,
열연 강판의 판두께가 22 mm 이상인, 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 열연 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로, 질량% 로, (a) 내지 (c) 의 적어도 일방을 갖는, 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 열연 강판.

Cu : 0.5 % 이하,
Ni : 0.5 % 이하,
Cr : 0.5 % 이하,
Mo : 0.5 % 이하,
V : 0.10 % 이하 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 함유하는 성분 조성으로 한다.
(b)
B : 0.0001 ∼ 0.0020 % 를 함유하는 성분 조성으로 한다.
(c)
Ca : 0.0005 ∼ 0.0050 % 를 함유하는 성분 조성으로 한다. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 열연 강판을 관상으로 성형하는 공정과, 맞댐부를 용접하는 공정을 포함하는 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 관상의 성형은 롤 성형에 의해 관상으로 성형하고, 상기 맞댐부의 용접은 고주파 전기 저항 용접으로 하는, 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법. - 모재부와 용접부를 갖는 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관으로서, 상기 모재부는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 성분 조성 및 마이크로 조직을 갖는 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 열연 강판으로 구성되는, 후육 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
