Abstract
본 발명의 제1관점에 의하면, 외각과 내측 주머니를 구비하고 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내측 주머니가 상기 외각으로부터 박리되면서 수축되는 용기 본체를 구비하는 적층박리용기에 있어서, 상기 용기 본체는 내용물을 수용하는 수용부의 바닥면으로부터 돌출하는 바닥 밀봉 돌출부를 구비하고, 상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부는 상기 외각을 구성하는 외층과 상기 내측 주머니를 구성하는 내층을 구비하는 원통 형상의 적층 파리손을 사용한 블로우 성형에서 상기 적층 파리손의 밀봉부인 동시에 상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부는 절곡되어 있는 적층박리용기가 제공된다.

Claims (13)
- 내용물을 수용하는 수용부(7)와, 상기 수용부(7)로부터 상기 내용물을 토출하는 입구부(9)를 구비하고 상기 수용부(7) 및 상기 입구부(9)는 외층(11)과 내층(13)을 구비하며, 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내층(13)이 상기 외층(11)으로부터 박리되면서 수축하는 용기 본체(3)를 구비한 적층박리용기(1)에 있어서,
상기 입구부(9)는 상기 입구부(9)의 선단(先端)에 설치된 확경부(擴徑部, 9b)와, 상기 확경부(9b)보다도 상기 수용부(7)에 가까운 위치에 설치된 동시에 상기 내층(13)의 활락을 억제하는 내층지지부(9c)를 구비하고,
상기 입구부(9)는 상기 확경부(9b)와 상기 내층지지부(9c)의 사이에 상기 확경부(9b)보다 내경이 작은 당접부(9e)를 구비하며,
상기 내층지지부(9c)는 상기 내층지지부(9c)의 상하에 인접한 부위에 비해 내경이 작은 부위를 마련함으로써 형성되고,
상기 당접부(9e)와 상기 내층 지지부(9c)의 사이에는 상기 당접부(9e)와 상기 내층 지지부(9c)에 비해 내경이 큰 부위가 형성되고,
상기 내경이 큰 부위의 내층(13)과 상기 내경이 작은 부위의 내층(13) 사이에 단차가 형성되고,
상기 내경이 큰 부위의 내층(13)과 상기 내경이 작은 부위의 내층(13)은 서로 평행하게 연장되는 부위를 구비하는, 적층박리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용부(7)는 상기 수용부(7)의 길이 방향을 향하여 단면형상이 일정한 몸통부(19)와 상기 몸통부(19)와 상기 입구부(9) 사이를 연결하는 어깨부(17)를 구비하고, 상기 어깨부(17)에 또는 상기 어깨부(17)와 상기 몸통부(19) 사이의 경계에 절곡부(22)를 구비하고,
상기 절곡부(22)는 절곡 각도가 140도 이하인 동시에 상기 절곡부(22)에서의 용기내면측의 곡률반경이 4mm 이하인 적층박리용기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절곡 각도가 120 도 이하인 적층박리용기. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 곡률반경이 2mm 이하인 적층박리용기. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 절곡부(22)는 용기중심축(C)으로부터 상기 절곡부(22)에서의 용기내면까지의 거리가 상기 용기중심축(C)으로부터 상기 입구부(9)에서의 용기내면까지의 거리의 1.3배 이상이 되는 위치에 설치되는 적층박리용기. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 입구부(9)의 두께는 0.45~0.50mm이며, 상기 절곡부(22)의 두께는 0.25~0.30mm이며, 상기 몸통부(19)의 두께는 0.15~0.20mm인 적층박리용기. - 외각(外殼, 12)과 내측 주머니(14)를 구비하고 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내측 주머니(14)가 상기 외각(12)으로부터 박리(剝離)되면서 수축되는 용기 본체(3)를 구비하는 적층박리용기(1)에 있어서,
상기 용기 본체(3)는 내용물을 수용하는 수용부(7)의 바닥면(29)으로부터 돌출하는 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)를 구비하고,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 상기 외각(12)을 구성하는 외층(11)과, 상기 내측 주머니(14)를 구성하는 내층(13)을 구비하는 원통 형상의 적층 파리손을 사용한 블로우 성형에서 상기 적층 파리손의 밀봉부이고 상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 절곡되어져 있고,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 상기 바닥면(29)측으로부터 순서대로 박육부(薄肉部, 27a)와 상기 박육부(27a)보다도 두꺼운 후육부(厚肉部, 27b)를 구비하고,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 상기 박육부(27a)보다 상기 바닥면(29) 측에 베이스부(27d)를 구비하고,
상기 베이스부(27d)는 상기 박육부(27a)보다도 두껍고,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 상기 박육부(27a)에서 절곡되는, 적층박리용기. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 바닥면(29)은 오목영역과 상기 오목영역의 주위에 설치된 주변영역(29b)을 구비하고,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 상기 오목영역에 설치되어 있는 적층박리용기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)는 절곡된 상태로 상기 주변영역(29b)에 의해 규정되는 면으로부터 돌출하지 않도록 구성되는 적층박리용기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 오목영역은 상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)의 길이 방향에서 상기 바닥면(29) 전체를 가로지르도록 설치되어 있는 적층박리용기. - 제7항에 기재된 적층박리용기의 제조방법으로서,
상기 블로우 성형 후에 열풍을 불게 함으로써 상기 바닥 밀봉 돌출부(27)를 연화시켜 절곡하는 공정을 구비하는 적층박리용기의 제조 방법.
