Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 하기를 포함하는, 섬유질 재료 접착을 위한 액체 접착제 조성물:
a) 하나 이상의 다작용성 에폭시 수지;
b) -(PhSO2Ph)- 반복 단위체를 포함하며, Ph는 페닐렌인 폴리아릴설폰;
c) 친수성 블록 및 소수성 블록을 포함하는 블록 공중합체들로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 비이온성 계면활성제; 및
d) 물
을 포함하고,
상기 친수성 블록은 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 또는 폴리(에틸렌-프로필렌 옥사이드) 또는 폴리(에틸렌-부틸렌 옥사이드)로부터 유래되며,
상기 조성물은 유기 용매가 없는 에멀젼이며,
상기 폴리아릴설폰은 열경화성 매트릭스 수지의 경화 시에 상기 열경화성 매트릭스 수지에 가용성인,
액체 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아릴설폰은 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지의 경화 시에 상기 에폭시 수지에 가용성인, 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아릴설폰은, OH, NH2, NHR' 또는 -SH, 여기서 R'은 최대 8 탄소 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 기임; 에폭시; (메트)아크릴레이트; (이소)시아네이트; 이소시아네이트 에스테르; 아세틸렌; 에틸렌; 말레이미드; 안하이드라이드; 및 옥사졸린에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 반응성 펜던트 또는 말단 그룹을 추가로 포함하는 것인, 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 -(PhSO2Ph)-의 반복 단위체는 평균하여 적어도 두 개의 상기 단위체 -(PhSO2Ph)-가 차례로 각각의 존재하는 고분자 사슬에 있는 비율로 상기 폴리아릴설폰에 존재하는 것인, 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아릴설폰은 하기의 단위체를 포함하는 공중합체인, 액체 접착제 조성물:
X-PhSO2Ph-X-PhSO2Ph ("PES") 및 (I)
X-(Ph)a-X-PhSO2Ph ("PEES") (II)
여기서 x는 O 또는 S이고 단위체마다 상이할 수 있으며, a는 1-4임. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아릴설폰은 시차 주사 열량계법(DSC)으로 측정하여 150℃ 초과의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)를 가지는 것인, 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 화학식으로 나타내는 음이온성 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하며:

여기서 R은 4-50 탄소 원자(C4 내지 C50)를 가지는 알킬, 아릴, 아릴-알킬, 또는 알킬렌 사슬이고; A는 카복실산, 설폰산 또는 인산의 리튬, 소듐, 포타슘, 암모늄, 사차 암모늄 또는 아민 염인,
액체 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 0.1% 내지 10%의 고체 함량을 가지는 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트, 페놀류, 아즈락톤, 아지리딘 및 블록화 이소시아네이트로부터 선택된 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 액체 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제의 혼합물이 존재하고, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는
(i) 8000-18000 Da 범위의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO)와 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드(PPO)의 블록 공중합체, 및
(ii) 18000-25000 Da의 평균 분자량을 가지는 알콕시화 지방족 디아민인,
액체 접착제 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제의 혼합물이 존재하고, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는
(i) 8000-18000 Da 범위의 평균 분자량을 가지는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO)와 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드(PPO)의 블록 공중합체, 및
(ii) 18000-25000 Da의 평균 분자량을 가지는 알콕시화 지방족 디아민인,
