Claims (44)
- 하나 이상의 말레산 무수물 공중합체,하나 이상의 커플링제, 및에폭시 화합물과 추가로 반응되는, 알콕실화된 아민과 폴리카복실산과의 반응생성물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물로서,상기 반응생성물이 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 40 중량% 초과의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응생성물이 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 50 중량% 초과의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응생성물이 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 70 중량% 초과의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 말레산 무수물 공중합체가, 말레산 무수물 단량체, 및 에틸렌, 부타디엔, 이소부틸렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 단량체를 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 말레산 무수물 공중합체가 카복실레이트 잔기, 카복실레이트 염 잔기, 아미드 잔기, 이미드 잔기 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 말레산 무수물 공중합체가 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 50 중량% 미만의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 말레산 무수물 공중합체가 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 40 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 커플링제가 실란을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실란이 아미노실란을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 커플링제가 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 20 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가로 하나 이상의 추가의 성분을 포함하며, 상기 하나 이상의 추가의 성분이 폴리에스터, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 지방산 에스터, 아크릴계, 왁스, 화학적으로 개질된 로진 또는 에폭사이드를 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알콕실화된 아민이 알콕실화된 지방족 아민을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 알콕실화된 지방족 아민이 알콕실화된 도데실 아민, 알콕실화된 테트라데실 아민, 알콕실화된 헥사데실 아민, 알콕실화된 스테아릴 아민, 알콕실화된 옥타데실 아민 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알콕실화된 아민이 에톡실화된 아민, 프로폭실화된 아민, 부톡실화된 아민 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리카복실산이 방향족 폴리카복실산을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 방향족 폴리카복실산이 프탈산, 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 화합물이 폴리에폭시 화합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에폭시 화합물이 다이글리시딜 에터, 다이글리시딜 에스터 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 다이글리시딜 에터가 알킬 다이글리시딜 에터, 방향족 다이글리시딜 에터 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 방향족 다이글리시딜 에터가 비스페놀 A 다이글리시딜 에터를 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 사이징 조성물로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 유리 섬유.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 유리 섬유가 연속상 유리 섬유인, 코팅된 유리 섬유.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 유리 섬유가 쵸핑된(chopped) 유리 섬유인, 코팅된 유리 섬유.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 쵸핑된 유리 섬유가 3 mm 이상의 길이를 가진, 코팅된 유리 섬유.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 쵸핑된 유리 섬유가 50 mm 이하의 길이를 가진, 코팅된 유리 섬유.

- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 폴리아세탈, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 스티렌(ABS) 공중합체, 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 복합체 조성물.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,상기 중합체 수지가 열경화성 수지를 포함하는, 복합체 조성물.

- 제 36 항에 있어서,코팅된 복수의 연속상 유리 섬유를 중합체 수지 내에 위치시키기 전에, 코팅된 복수의 연속상 유리 섬유를 쵸핑하는 것을 추가로 포함하는, 유리 섬유 강화된 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 36 항에 있어서,상기 중합체 수지가 열가소성 수지를 포함하는, 유리 섬유 강화된 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 38 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 폴리아세탈, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 스티렌(ABS) 공중합체, 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유 강화된 복합체의 제조 방법.

- 하나 이상의 아크릴계 중합체,하나 이상의 커플링제, 및에폭시 화합물과 추가로 반응되는, 알콕실화된 아민과 폴리카복실산과의 반응생성물을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물로서,상기 반응생성물이 총 고형분 기준으로 사이징 조성물의 40 중량% 초과의 양으로 존재하는, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
- 제 43 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 아크릴계 중합체가 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합인, 유리 섬유용 사이징 조성물.
