Claims (12)
- 다공질막 및 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 전해질막이며,
상기 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 제1 고분자 전해질층, 상기 다공질막의 공공(空孔)에 상기 고분자 전해질이 충전된 다공질막층, 상기 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 제2 고분자 전해질층이 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖고,
상기 다공질막은, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 다공질막이고, 피브릴/결절의 면적비가 90/10 내지 75/25이며, 막 밀도가 0.8g/㎤ 이하이고, 또한 고분자 전해질 용액에 대한 접촉각이 50도 이하이며,
상기 고분자 전해질은 불소계 고분자 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막의 막 두께가 4.0㎛ 이하인 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 고분자 전해질은,

(식 중, Y1은 F, Cl 또는 퍼플루오로알킬기를 나타내고, k는 0 내지 2의 정수, l은 0 또는 1, n은 0 내지 8의 정수를 나타내고, n개의 Y1은 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있고, Y2는 F 또는 Cl을 나타내고, m은 0 내지 12의 정수를 나타내되, 단, m=0인 경우에는 l=0, n=0이 되고, m개의 Y2는 동일하거나 상이할 수도 있고, A1은 COOZ 또는 SO3Z, Z는 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류금속, 수소 또는 NR1R2R3R4를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기 또는 수소를 나타냄)로 표시되는 COOZ기 또는 SO3Z기 함유 단량체에서 유래되는 반복 단위와,

를 함유하는 공중합체인 고분자 전해질막. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막은 세로와 가로의 매트릭스 인장 강도의 곱이 2.20×104MPa2 이상인 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 반소성체를 연신한 뒤, 이것을 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 소성체의 융점 이상의 온도에서 히트 세트해서 이루어지는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공질막인 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막은 평균 공경이 0.05㎛ 이상인 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌은 표준 비중이 2.160 이하인 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 고분자 전해질막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 전극 접합체.
- 제8항에 기재된 막 전극 접합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 고분자형 연료 전지.
- 다공질막 및 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조 방법이며,

상기 다공질막은, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 다공질막이고, 피브릴/결절의 면적비가 90/10 내지 75/25이며, 막 밀도가 0.8g/㎤ 이하이고, 또한 고분자 전해질 용액에 대한 접촉각이 50도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다공질막의 막 두께가 4.0㎛ 이하인 고분자 전해질막의 제조 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 기재 필름 상에, 상기 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 용액을 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조 방법.
