Claims (8)
- 탑정에 환류 응축기가 구비된 중합 반응기에 중합 개시제, 현탁 안정제 및 염화비닐계 단량체를 포함하는 반응물을 투입하고 현탁중합하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 현탁중합은 중합 반응기 내 폼 레벨이 10% 이하로 유지되도록 조절하면서 수행하는 것이고,
상기 폼 레벨은 중합 반응기 내 반응물 최외표면에서부터 중합 반응기 탑정까지의 전체 높이 중에 반응물 최외표면 위에 발생한 폼의 두께가 차지하는 비율을 나타내는 것이며,
상기 폼 레벨은 소포제를 투입하여 조절하는 것이고,
상기 소포제는 폼 레벨이 3% 이상 10% 이하인 시점에 투입하는 것이며, 중합 반응기에 구비된 소포제 투입라인을 통해 투입되는 것이고, 상기 소포제 투입라인은 중합 반응기의 탑저에서 탑정까지의 전체 높이 중 탑저로부터 4/7 내지 5/7인 지점이면서 중합 반응기 내 반응물의 최외표면(최상부)보다 아래에 위치하는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조방법.

상기 폼 레벨은 폼 디텍터를 통하여 측정한 것이고,
상기 폼 디텍터는 중합 반응기 탑정에 환류 응축기와 분리되어 별도로 구비되며, 폼 디텍터의 일부는 상기 중합 반응기 탑정에서 내부로 삽입되어 있는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 중합 반응기;
상기 중합 반응기 탑정에 구비된 환류 응축기;
상기 중합 반응기 탑정에 상기 환류 응축기와 분리되어 별도로 구비된 폼 디텍터; 및
높이 방향으로 상기 중합 반응기의 중간지점에 구비된 소포제 투입라인을 포함하며,
상기 소포제 투입라인은 중합 반응기 탑저에서 탑정까지의 전체 높이 중 탑저로부터 4/7 내지 5/7인 지점이면서 중합 반응기 내 반응물의 최외표면(최상부)보다 아래에 위치하는 것인 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조장치.
