Abstract
상기 열가소성 복합소재 조성물은 (a) 용융지수 (ASTM D-1238, 235℃)가 100~150g/10min인 폴리페닐렌설파이드 중합체를 포함하는 제1 고분자 수지; (b) 용융지수 (ASTM D-1238, 235℃)가 250~850g/10min인 폴리페닐렌설파이드 중합체와 지방족의 시클로부탄디올을 가진 무정형의 단량체를 포함하는 제2 고분자 수지; (c) 폴리 이미드로 표면처리된 탄소섬유; (d) 지방산 화합물; 및 (e) 내열 첨가제를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 열가소성 복합소재 조성물은 지방족의 시클로부탄디올을 가진 무정형의 단량체를 포함하는 고분자 수지를 이용하기 때문에 탄소섬유와 열가소성 수지의 상용성을 높여 함침성을 개선시킬 수 있어, 이를 이용하여 고강성, 고내열성 항공용 인테리어 및 구조용 성형품을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 용융지수 (ASTM D-1238, 235℃)가 100~150g/10min인 폴리페닐렌설파이드 중합체를 포함하는 제1 고분자 수지;
(b) 용융지수 (ASTM D-1238, 235℃)가 250~850g/10min인 폴리페닐렌설파이드 중합체와 지방족의 시클로부탄디올을 가진 무정형의 단량체를 포함하는 제2 고분자 수지;
(c) 폴리 이미드로 표면처리된 탄소섬유;
(d) 지방산 화합물; 및
(e) 내열 첨가제를 포함하는 열가소성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2고분자 수지는 폴리페닐렌설파이드 중합체를 70~80중량% 포함하고, 지방족의 시클로부탄디올을 가진 무정형의 단량체를 20~30중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족의 시클로부탄디올을 가진 무정형의 단량체는 비중이 1.14~1.18이고, 내재 점도가 0.6~1 dL/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소섬유는 평균 800~1,100 tex(g/km)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 열가소성 복합소재 조성물에 대하여 상기 제1고분자 수지는 10~30중량%, 상기 제2고분자 수지는 10~25중량%, 폴리 이미드로 표면처리된 탄소섬유는 50~79중량%, 지방산 화합물은 0.5~2중량%, 내열 첨가제는 0.001~3중량% 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합소재 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 열가소성 복합소재 조성물로 제조된 항공용 인테리어 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 열가소성 복합소재 조성물로 제조된 항공 브라켓용 성형품.
