Abstract
이를 위한 본 발명의 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물은, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(polyphenylene sulfide, PPS) 수지, 액정고분자(liquid crystal polymer, LCP) 수지, 탄소섬유(carbon fiber, CF) 및 가공조제로서 아인산(phosphorous acid) 또는 아인산을 포함하는 인계화합물을 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (9)
- 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(polyphenylene sulfide, PPS) 수지, 액정고분자(liquid crystal polymer, LCP) 수지, 탄소섬유(carbon fiber, CF) 및 가공조제로서 아인산(phosphorous acid) 또는 아인산을 포함하는 인계화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 30 내지 95 중량%, 상기 액정고분자 수지 5 내지 70 중량%를 포함하는 기초 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여,
상기 탄소섬유 10 내지 100 중량부, 상기 가공조제 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지는,
316℃, 2.16kg의 하중 조건에서, 용융지수(MI, Melt Index)가 10g/10min 내지 300g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지는,
선형 또는 가교형인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액정고분자 수지는,
전방향족 폴리에스테르계 수지 또는 전방향족 폴리에스테르아미드계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
전방향족 폴리에스테르계 수지 또는 전방향족 폴리에스테르아미드계 수지는,
0.3 dl/g 이상의 고유 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유는,
우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 계면활성제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 것이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유는,
직경이 20㎛이하이고, 길이가 1㎜ 내지 60㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 강도 및 압출 가공성이 우수한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수지 조성물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
