Description
Claims (9)
- (A) 하기 [식 1] 및 [식 2]를 만족하는 마이크로 결정성 폴리아마이드 수지 60 내지 80중량%;
20 ≤ △H ≤ 50 [식 1]
(상기 식 1에서 △H는 DSC로 측정한 용융엔탈피 값(J/g)이다.)
130 ≤ Tg ≤ 150 [식 2]
(상기 식 2에서 Tg는 유리전이온도(glass transition temperature, ℃) 이다.)
(B) 유리섬유 20 내지 40중량%; 및
(C) 첨가제 상기 (A) 및 (B)의 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 수지조성물로부터 제조된 성형품이며,
상기 성형품은 글로스(gloss)가 60 내지 80이고, 평균플래시길이가 5㎛ 미만이며, dupont drop test로 측정된 내충격성이 60cm 내지 120cm인 성형품.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 결정성 폴리아마이드는 지환족 디아민 또는 방향족 디아민과 지방족 디카르복실산, 락탐 또는 아미노 카르복실산으로부터 제조되는 폴리아마이드 또는 코폴리아마이드인 성형품. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 결정성 폴리아마이드는 이소프탈산, 3,3'-디메틸-4,4'-디아미노디사이클로헥실메탄 및 라우로락탐으로부터 제조되는 코폴리아미드; 1,12-도데칸산 및 4,4'-디아미노디사이클로헥실메탄으로부터 제조되는 폴리아미드; 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 3,3-디메틸-4,4'-디아미노디사이클로헥실메탄 및 라우로락탐으로부터 제조되는 코폴리아미드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1종 또는 2종 이상 선택되는 성형품. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유는 단면의 종횡비가 1.5 내지 10의 판상형인 성형품. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 왁스, 산화방지제, 열안정제, 가소제, 대전방지제, 이형제, 안료 및 핵제 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 성형품.
