도 2는 본 발명의 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재의 바람직한 일구현예로서, 이중직 직물 형태에 대한 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재의 바람직한 일구현예로서, 이중직 직물의 단면에 대한 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재를 이용한 반잠수정 선체 제조 방법의 일구현예에 대한 개략도이다.

Claims (10)
- 2개의 금속섬유 직물 사이에 2층~3층의 열가소성 섬유 직물을 포함하며,
상기 금속섬유 직물은 하이브리드 금속 섬유사(yarn)를 포함하고,
상기 2개의 금속섬유 직물 및 2층 ~ 3층의 열가소성 섬유 직물은 결합되어 일체화되어 있으며,
상기 하이브리드 금속 섬유사는 금속 도금된 유리섬유사; 또는 금속섬유 및 유리섬유가 복합된 복합섬유사;를 포함하고,
상기 복합섬유사는 금속섬유 및 유리섬유를 1 : 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량비로 포함하며,
상기 복합섬유사의 금속섬유는 스테인리스 섬유 및 철-크롬-알루미늄계 합금 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 복합섬유사의 유리섬유는 SiO2 64.0 ~ 67.0 중량%, Al2O3 14.0 ~ 17.5 중량%, MgO 13.5 ~ 16.2 중량%, CaO 4.0 ~ 7.6 중량%, Fe2O3 0.5 ~ 0.8 중량%, TiO2 0.3 ~ 0.6 중량% 및 불가결한 기타 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 금속섬유 직물층, 제1 열가소성 직물층, 제2열가소성 직물층 및 제2 금속섬유 직물층이 차례대로 적층되어 있는 적층체; 또는
제1 금속섬유 직물층, 제1 열가소성 직물층, 제3열가소성 직물층, 제2열가소성 직물층 및 제2 금속섬유 직물층이 차례대로 적층되어 있는 적층체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 금속섬유 직물과 하나의 열가소성 직물을 연결되어 이중직 직물을 형성하고 있으며,
상기 금속섬유 직물은 제1 경사 및 제1 위사를 제직하여 제조한 직물이고,
상기 열가소성 직물은 제2 경사 및 제2 위사를 제직하여 제조한 직물이며,
상기 제1 경사 및 제1 위사 중 적어도 일부가 열가소성 직물과 연결되거나, 제2 경사 및 제2 위사 중 적어도 일부가 금속섬유 직물과 연결되거나, 또는 금속섬유 직물과 열가소성 직물이 결합사에 의해 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2개의 상기 이중직 직물의 열가소성 직물 사이에 열가소성 직물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스테인리스 섬유는 SUS316 또는 SUS304를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 직물은 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재.
