Claims (12)
- 내부몰드, 하형몰드, 상형몰드, 하부 진공백, 상부 진공백을 포함하는 몰드-진공백 일체형 장치로 제조하며,
하부 진공백이 구비된 하형몰드의 하부 진공백 상부에 섬유 직물을 적층시킨 후, 상기 섬유 직물 상부에 내부몰드를 배치시키는 1단계;
상부 진공백이 구비된 상형몰드의 상부 진공백 상부에 섬유직물을 적층시키는 2단계;
상형몰드의 상부 진공백과 하형몰드의 하부 진공백이 마주보는 방향으로 상형몰드와 하형몰드를 결합하는 3단계;
결합된 상부 및 하부 진공백의 결합에 의해 형성된 내부 공간을 진공 처리하는 진공백 공정을 수행하는 4단계;
상부 진공백과 하부 진공백이 접합되는 접합부를 통해서 섬유강화 수지를 주입하는 5단계; 및
열처리하여 섬유강화 수지를 경화시킨 후, 경화물을 탈형시키는 6단계;를 포함하는 공정을 수행하고,
상기 섬유 직물은 시스-코어 섬유로 구성된 섬유 직물이며,
상기 시스-코어 섬유는 코어부; 및 시스부;를 포함하며,
상기 코어부는 폴리에스테르 수지 100 중량부에, 트리(C2~C5 의 알킬렌)테트라민 10 ~ 20 중량부, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리티오에테르 수지 20 ~ 50 중량부 및 저밀도 충전제 1 ~ 5 중량부를 포함하는 혼합 수지를 중합반응시킨 중합체를 포함하며,
상기 시스부는 고무질계 공중합체 30~60 중량%, 시안화 비닐화합물 10~30 중량% 및 잔량의 방향족 비닐화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 공중합 반응시켜 제조한 공중합체 수지; 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 인계 난연성 수지; 가소제; 및 산화방지제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반잠수정용 선체의 제조방법;
[화학식 1]
화학식 1에 있어서, R1은 C4~C10의 직쇄형 알킬렌기 또는 C4~C10의 분쇄형 알킬렌기이며, R2는 C6~C10의 아릴렌기이고, n은 1 ~ 5의 정수이며,
[화학식 2]
화학식 2에 있어서, R1 내지 R3 각각은 독립적으로, 수소원자, C1~C5의 직쇄형 알킬기, C3~C5의 분쇄형 알킬기 또는 이며, R4는 C1~C3의 직쇄형 알킬기, -COOH 또는 -COH이며, n은 0 ~ 3이고, *은 결합부위를 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1단계 및 2단계의 섬유직물의 적층은 프리폼 자동화 장비로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반잠수정용 선체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무질계 중합체는 폴리부타디엔 라텍스에 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체가 10 ~ 25 중량% 그라프트된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 시안화 비닐화합물은 메타크릴로니트릴 및 에타크릴로니트릴 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며,
상기 방향족 비닐화합물은 알파-메틸스티렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반잠수정용 선체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스-코어 섬유는 코어부 및 시스부를 1 : 0.2 ~ 0.3 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반잠수정용 선체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유강화 수지는 바인더 수지, 화학식 3으로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산, 섬유장 0.5 ~ 5 mm 및 섬도 1 ~ 10 데니어의 강화섬유 및 첨가제를 포함하며,
상기 바인더 수지는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 및 폴리아미드계 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 강화섬유는 폴리페닐렌설파이드 섬유, 폴리에테르술폰 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리비닐알코올 섬유, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 스테인리스 섬유 및 세라믹 섬유 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며,
상기 첨가제는 내구성 향상제, 산화방지제, 열안정제, 분산제, 상용화제, 안료, 염료 및 점도조절제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반잠수정용 선체의 제조방법.
[화학식 3]
화학식 3에 있어서, R1은 CH2=CH-R5-이며, R5는 C2 ~ C10의 직쇄형 알킬렌기이고, R2, R3 및 R4 각각은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 C1 ~ C3의 직쇄형 알킬기이며, m은 1 ~ 5의 정수이고, n은 3 ~ 10의 정수이다.
- 섬유강화 수지의 경화물; 및
상기 경화물 내부에 섬유 직물;을 포함하고,
상기 섬유강화 수지와 상기 섬유 직물은 일체화되어 있으며,
상기 섬유 직물은,
열경화성 수지를 포함하는 코어부 및 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 시스부를 포함하는 시스-코어 섬유를 포함하고,
상기 시스부의 융점은 섬유강화 수지의 융점 보다 낮으며,
섬유강화 수지의 경화를 위한 열 경화 처리시, 상기 시스-코어 섬유의 시스 부분은 열적으로 용융되어 섬유강화 수지와 결합 및 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시스부는 고무질계 공중합체 30~60 중량%, 시안화 비닐화합물 10~30 중량% 및 잔량의 방향족 비닐화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 공중합 반응시켜 제조한 공중합체 수지; 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 인계 난연성 수지; 가소제; 산화방지제; 및 기타 첨가제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재.

화학식 2에 있어서, R1 내지 R3 각각은 독립적으로, 수소원자, C1~C5의 직쇄형 알킬기, C3~C5의 분쇄형 알킬기 또는 이며, R4는 C1~C3의 직쇄형 알킬기, -COOH 또는 -COH이며, n은 0 ~ 3이고, *은 결합부위를 의미한다.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고무질계 중합체는 폴리부타디엔 라텍스에 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체가 10 ~ 25 중량% 그라프트된 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 시안화 비닐화합물은 메타크릴로니트릴 및 에타크릴로니트릴 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며,
상기 방향족 비닐화합물은 알파-메틸스티렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재.
