Claims (16)
- 매트릭스 물질 및 이 매트릭스 물질에 분산된 규소계 도메인을 포함하는 비다공성 입자를 포함하는 분말로서, 규소계 도메인은 Si 및 O를 포함하는 규소계 입자이고, 매트릭스 물질은 탄소이고, 규소계 도메인의 일부가 규소계 도메인의 응집체 형태로 존재하고 이러한 응집체의 98% 이상이 최대 크기 3 μm 이하이거나, 또는 규소계 도메인이 응집체로 전혀 응집되지 않는 것인 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질은 연속 매트릭스인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질은 피치(pitch) 또는 열 분해된 피치인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제2항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질은 피치 또는 열 분해된 피치인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질은 하드 카본인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 규소계 도메인의 일부가 규소계 도메인의 응집체 형태로 존재하고 이러한 응집체의 98% 이상이 최대 크기 2 μm 이하이거나, 또는 규소계 도메인이 응집체로 전혀 응집되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 규소계 도메인은 응집체로 전혀 응집되지 않거나 또는 모든 응집체가 최대 크기 3 μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 규소계 도메인은 매트릭스 물질에 완전히 임베딩되지 않은 유리 규소계 도메인이거나 또는 매트릭스 물질에 의해 완전하게 둘러싸인 완전히 임베딩된 규소계 도메인이고, 유리 규소계 도메인의 백분율은 복합 분말에서 금속성 또는 산화된 상태의 Si의 총량의 4 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유리 규소계 도메인의 백분율은, 48 시간 동안 알칼리 용액 중에 분말의 샘플을 배치하고, 48 시간 후 방출된 수소의 부피를 측정하고, 반응된 규소 몰당 수소 2 몰의 생성을 기준으로 상기 수소의 양을 방출하는 데 필요한 규소의 양을 계산하고, 이것을 샘플에 존재하는 금속성 또는 산화된 상태의 Si의 총량으로 나누어 결정된 백분율인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 규소계 도메인은 질량 기준 평균 직경 d50이 500 nm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 분말의 입자는 90 중량% 이상의 상기 규소계 도메인 및 상기 매트릭스 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, BET 값이 10 m2/g 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항의 분말을 포함하는 전기화학적 전지용 전극.
- 제15항의 전극을 포함하는 배터리.
