Abstract
Description
도 2는 실험예 3에서 정상내당능군(Healthy)과 당뇨병환자군(DM)에서 표준 식사 후에 시리얼 바를 섭취한 대조군(postmeal bar)과 식전에 시리얼 바를 섭취한 실험군(premeal bar)의 혈중 포도당 레벨의 효과를 비교한 그래프이다.
도 3은 실험예 3에서 정상내당능군(Healthy)과 당뇨병 환자군(DM)에서 식사 시작점(0분)부터 실험 종료(180분) 사이의 포도당 농도의 변화분을 비교한 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 곡류, 견과류 및 시리얼 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 주성분 20~60 중량부;
인크레틴 분비 증강제 0.1~40 중량부 및 인슐린 민감성 개선제 0.1~2 중량부로 이루어진 혈당상승 억제성분 ;
비타민, 오메가3, 토코페롤, 칼슘 및 단백질 중에서 선택되는 2 이상의 성분을 포함하는 영양 성분 3~20 중량부;
구운 김 0.1~20 중량부; 및
조청, 올리고당, 트레할로스, 및 젤라틴 또는 검류에, 초콜릿이 혼합된 바인더 성분 20~60 중량부를 포함하되,
상기 바인더 성분은 시리얼 바의 전체 중량에 대하여 15~40 중량%의 초콜릿을 포함하고,
상기 바인더 성분은 시리얼 바의 전체 중량에 대하여 5~20 중량%의 올리고당, 1~10 중량%의 트레할로스, 0.1~3 중량%의 젤라틴 또는 검류 및 5~20 중량%의 조청을 포함하되, 상기 초콜릿을 제외한 바인더 성분은 에어레이션하여 함유되고, 상기 초콜릿은 에어레이션 없이 함유되는, 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 곡류는 일반 멥쌀, 찹쌀, 흑미, 현미, 발아현미, 옥수수, 수수, 통밀, 보리, 검은콩, 율무, 팥 및 귀리 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로서, 일부 또는 전부가 볶아진 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견과류는 땅콩, 아몬드, 캐슈넛, 잣, 피스타치오, 호두, 해바라기씨, 밤 및 헤이즐넛 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인크레틴 분비 증강제는 귀리 식이섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인슐린 민감성 개선제는 산화 마그네슘 및 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
- 제1항 있어서, 식용 씨앗류, 사과, 바나나, 건포도, 오렌지, 감귤, 망고, 자두, 감 및 파인애플 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 건조 과일류; 크랜베리, 블루베리 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 베리류; 건야채류; 및 멸치, 새우 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 건어물류 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영양성분은 사과 농축액, 딸기 농축액, 유산균 함유 요거트 페이스트, 녹차, 오렌지필, 복분자, 오디 및 뽕잎 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영양성분이 강화되고 혈당상승이 억제된 시리얼 바.
