Claims (30)
- 방향족 비닐 화합물과 산 및/또는 산무수물을 공중합 성분으로서 함유하는 공중합 폴리올레핀이 탄소섬유의 표면에 부착한 탄소섬유다발로서,
그 공중합 폴리올레핀이, 프로필렌-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체 및 프로필렌-1-부텐-방향족 비닐 화합물 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종에 대하여,
불포화 디카르본산 및 그 산무수물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 그래프트 공중합한 것이고,
공중합 폴리올레핀에 있어서의 올레핀과 방향족 비닐 화합물의 공중합비가, 몰비로 올레핀 100에 대하여 방향족 비닐 화합물이 0.1~5이고,
그 공중합 폴리올레핀의 부착량이 탄소섬유다발 100중량부에 대하여, 0.01~10중량부인 탄소섬유다발.

공중합 폴리올레핀에 있어서의 올레핀과 산 및/또는 산무수물의 공중합비가, 몰비로 나타내면 올레핀 100에 대하여 산 및/또는 산무수물이 0.01~5인 탄소섬유다발.
- 제1항에 있어서,
방향족 비닐 화합물과 산 및/또는 산무수물을 공중합 성분으로서 함유하는 공중합 폴리올레핀의 중량평균분자량이 35,000~100,000인 탄소섬유다발.
- 방향족 비닐 화합물과 산 및/또는 산무수물을 공중합 성분으로서 함유하는 공중합 폴리올레핀을 탄소섬유다발 100중량부에 대하여, 0.01~10중량부, 탄소섬유의 표면에 부여한 후, 80℃~160℃에서 30초 이상 열처리하는 제1항에 기재된 탄소섬유다발의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
공중합 폴리올레핀을 수성 에멀젼으로서 사용하는 탄소섬유다발의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 탄소섬유다발을 섬유 길이 2~60mm로 한 것으로 구성되고, 탄소섬유가 25~3000g/㎡의 중량(areal weight)으로 실질적으로 면내 랜덤하게 배향하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랜덤 매트.
- 제1항에 기재된 탄소섬유다발을 섬유 길이 2~60mm로 한 것과, 열가소성 수지로 구성되고, 탄소섬유가 25~3000g/㎡의 중량(areal weight)으로 실질적으로 면내 랜덤하게 배향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 랜덤 매트.
- 제11항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지가 폴리프로필렌계 수지인 랜덤 매트.
- 제11항에 있어서,
랜덤 매트에 있어서의 열가소성 수지의 존재량이, 탄소섬유 100중량부에 대하여, 50~1000중량부인 랜덤 매트.
- 제11항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지가, 섬유상, 분말상, 또는 입상으로 존재하는 랜덤 매트.
- 제11항에 기재된 랜덤 매트를, 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상으로 가압하는 것에 의해 얻어지는 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판.
- 제1항에 기재된 탄소섬유다발을 모아서, 용융한 열가소성 수지와 접촉시키는 것에 의해 탄소섬유다발과 열가소성 수지가 복합되어 이루어지는 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료.
- 제16항에 있어서,
복합재료의 형상이 원통상 또는 시트상인 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료.

열가소성 수지가 폴리프로필렌계 수지인 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료.

- 제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판과, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 가지는 탄소섬유 복합 성형체.
- 제21항에 있어서,
제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판과, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 적층한 판상물을 얻고, 그것을 프레스 성형함으로써 얻어지는, 입체 형상인 탄소섬유 복합 성형체.
- 제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판과, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 합쳐서 형내에서 프레스함으로써 얻어지는, 입체 형상인 탄소섬유 복합 성형체.
- 제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판을 스킨층으로 하고, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 코어재로 하는 탄소섬유 샌드위치재.
- 제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판을 코어재로 하고, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 스킨층으로 하는 탄소섬유 샌드위치재.
- 제15항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판을 기재로 하고, 제16항에 기재된 1축 배향 탄소섬유 복합재료를 부분적으로 사용하는 자동차용 플로어팬.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
하기 공정에 의해 얻어지는 랜덤 매트.
(1) 제 1항에 기재된 탄소섬유다발을 컷하는 공정,
(2) 컷된 탄소섬유를 관내에 도입하고, 공기를 섬유로 분사함으로써, 섬유다발을 개섬시키는 공정,
(3) 개섬시킨 탄소섬유를 확산시킴과 동시에 흡인하면서, 탄소섬유를 살포하는 도포하여 정착시키는 공정
- 제 27항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지를 포함하는 랜덤 매트.
- 제 28항에 기재된 랜덤 매트를, 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상으로 가압하는 것에 의해 얻어지는 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합재료 성형판.
- 제 29항에 기재된 탄소섬유 랜덤 매트 복합 재료 성형판을 이용한 성형품.
