Abstract
얻어진 마이크로입자 또는 나노입자의 입자 크기가 구체적으로 조절될 수 있는, 이런 방법을 창출하기 위하여, 입자 크기가 용매와 비용매가 충돌하는 온도, 용매 및 비용매의 유속 및/또는 기체의 양에 의해 조절되고, 더 낮은 온도, 용매 및 비용매의 빠른 유속 또는 기체의 완전한 부재에서 더 작은 입자 크기가 얻어진다.
Description
도 2는 마이크로입자 및 나노입자의 제조를 위한, 공기 공급을 배재한 구성을 보여주고;
도 3은 입자 크기에 미치는 유속 사이의 관계의 효과를 보여주고;
도 4는 입자 크기에 미치는 온도의 효과를 보여주는 그래프이고, 여기서 x-축은 ℃ 단위의 온도를, y-축은 nm 단위의 입자 크기를 나타내고;
도 5는 입자 크기에 미치는 기체 압력의 효과를 보여주는 그래프이고, 여기서 x-축은 bar 단위의 압력을, y-축은 nm 단위의 입자 크기 나타내고;
도 6은 마이크로제트 반응기에서 제조된 나노입자의 TEM 영상을 보여주고;
도 7은 입자 크기에 미치는 기체 및 온도의 효과를 보여주는 3-D 도표이고, 여기서 x-축은 ℃ 단위의 온도를, y-축은 nm 단위의 입자 크기를 및 z-축은 bar 단위의 압력을 나타낸다.
Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 표적 분자를 함유하는 용매 및 비용매가 소정의 압력 및 유속에서 마이크로제트(microjet) 반응기에서 서로 충돌하는 제트(jet)로서 혼합되어, 매우 빠른 침전, 공침전(co-precipitation) 또는 화학반응이 일어나고, 그 과정 동안 마이크로입자 또는 나노입자가 형성되는, 마이크로제트 반응기에서 침전, 공침전 및 자율형성(self-organization) 공정을 조절함으로써 수용성 및 수불용성 물질의 마이크로입자 또는 나노입자를 제조하는 방법이며,
상기 반응이 기체-충전된 챔버에서 자유롭게 수행되며, 용매 및 비용매가 충돌하는 온도, 용매 및 비용매의 유속 및/또는 기체의 양에 의해 입자 크기가 조절되고, 더 낮은 온도, 용매 및 비용매의 빠른 유속 및/또는 기체의 완전한 부재 하에서 더 작은 입자 크기를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 생물학적으로 유용한 물질, 영상화 물질, 화장품용 물질, 착색제, 안료, 식품, 음식 첨가제, 식이 보조제, 살생물제, 살충제, 살진균제, 농약, 제초제, 제약학적으로 유용한 물질로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비용매가 하나 이상의 보조제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 표적 분자 대 보조제의 중량 비율이 적어도 1:100인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 현탁액으로부터 용매 및 비용매를 증발시킴으로써 후속적으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 각각 자신의 펌프를 가지는 둘 이상의 노즐 및 각 경우에 반응기 하우징에 둘러싸인 반응기 챔버 내로 및 공유 충돌 지점 상에 하나의 액체 매질을 주입하기 위한 공급 라인을 가지고, 반응기 내에서 기체 분위기를 유지하기 위해 및 얻어진 생성물을 냉각시키기 위해 주입될 수 있는 기체가 통과하는 제1 개구부, 및 얻어진 생성물 및 과량의 기체를 반응기 하우징 밖으로 제거하기 위한 추가적인 개구부가 반응기 하우징에 제공되어 있는, 마이크로제트 반응기에서 수용성 및 수불용성 물질의 마이크로입자 또는 나노입자를 제조하는 장치이며,
장치에 반응기 챔버 내 액체의 온도, 액체의 유속 및/또는 기체의 양을 조절하기 위한 수단이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 표적 분자가 인간용 약물 또는 동물용 약물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1 개구부를 통해 두 액체 제트의 충돌 지점에서 기체 분위기를 유지하기 위해 및 얻어진 생성물을 냉각시키기 위해 주입될 수 있는 기체가 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
