Claims (7)
- (A) 생균 상태의 에쿠올 생산 미생물, 및 (B) 아스코르브산, 그의 유도체 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하고,
상기 (B) 성분이 0.05 내지 5 중량%의 배합 비율로 포함되는,
에쿠올 생산 미생물의 에쿠올 생산능 유지를 위한
에쿠올 생산 미생물 함유 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, pH가 5.0 이하인 에쿠올 생산 미생물의 에쿠올 생산능 유지를 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생균 상태의 에쿠올 생산 미생물로서, 에쿠올 생산 미생물을 이용하여 발효한 발효물을 포함하는
에쿠올 생산 미생물의 에쿠올 생산능 유지를 위한 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 발효 대두 음료 또는 발효유인
