Claims (16)
- 집전체; 및활물질층을 포함하고,상기 활물질층은 금속 M의 고용체와, 리튬 함유 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 활물질로만 이루어지고,상기 활물질층은 표면 용융된 활물질 입자가, 완전하게 용융된 금속 분말 내부로 박히게 되어, 상기 활물질 입자가 금속 분말로 균일하게 둘러싸이게 되어, 상기 집전체 위에 존재하는 것이고,상기 금속 M의 고용체는 LxNy(L은 Cu, Ti 또는 이들의 조합이고, N은 알칼리금속, 알칼리 토금속, 13족 원소, 14족 원소, 전이금속, 희토류 원소, 또는 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 원소이며, Cu 및 Ti는 아니고, x는 70 내지 100 중량%이고 y는 0 내지 30 중량%임)로 표현되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활물질층은 10 부피% 내지 70 부피%의 기공도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 N은 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Sc, Y, Zr, Hf, Rf, V, Nb, Ta, Db, Cr, Mo, W, Sg, Tc, Re, Bh, Fe, Ru, Os, Hs, Rh, Ir, Pd, Pt, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, B, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sn, P, As, Sb, Bi, S, Se, Te, Po, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활물질은 Si, Sn, Si-Q1 합금, Sn-Q2 합금(상기 Q1 및 Q2는 서로 독립적으로 알칼리금속, 알칼리 토금속, 13족원소, 14족 원소, 전이금속, 희토류 원소, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이며, Si 및 Sn은 아니다) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활물질은 활물질층 총 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이상으로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.

- 리튬 함유 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 활물질 분말 및 금속 M(상기 M은 Cu, Ti, Cu-X 합금, Ti-X 합금(상기 X는 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 13족 원소, 14족 원소, 전이금속, 희토류 원소, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이며, Cu 및 Ti는 아니다) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다) 분말을 40 : 60 내지 60 : 40의 중량비로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 집전체에 열분사하여 활물질층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 열분사 공정은 10000 내지 18000℃에서 실시하는 것이고,상기 금속 M 분말은 100nm 내지 1㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 활물질은 Si, Sn, Si-Q1 합금, Sn-Q2 합금(상기 Q1 및 Q2는 서로 독립적으로 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 13족 원소, 14족 원소, 전이금속, 희토류 원소, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이며, Si 및 Sn은 아니다) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 활물질 분말은 100nm 내지 1㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극의 제조방법.
