Claims (19)
- 양극 집전체 및 이 양극 집전체에 형성된 양극 활물질 층을 포함하는 양극;음극 집전체 및 이 음극 집전체에 형성된 음극 활물질 층을 포함하는 음극;상기 양극 활물질 층 및 음극 활물질 층 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터; 및비수 전해액을 포함하고,상기 세퍼레이터는 상기 양극 활물질 층 또는 상기 음극 활물질 층에 코팅되어 형성되어 있고, 세라믹 입자끼리 3차원적으로 연결되어 네트워크를 형성한 세라믹 소결체인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 음극 활물질 층에 코팅되어 있는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 소결체는 200mm 내지 15㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 소결체는 200nm 내지 400nm의 평균 입경을 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 소결체는 원형인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 20㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 6 내지 20㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 인화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 Al, Ti, Cr, Zr, Ca, Si 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속을 포함하는 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 인화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 Al2O3, TiO2, Cr2O3, ZrO2, CaO, SiO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 10 내지 50%의 기공도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 20 내지 40%의 기공도를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 전류 집전체 및 이 전류 집전체에 형성된 활물질 층을 포함하는 전극의 일면에 세라믹을 용사하여 세퍼레이터를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 용사는 플라즈마 용사법, 아크 용사법, 초고속 화염 용사법, 가스 용사법 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 인화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 Al, Ti, Cr, Zr, Ca, Si 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 금속을 포함하는 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 인화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은 Al2O3, TiO2, Cr2O3, ZrO2, CaO, SiO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 활물질 층은 음극 활물질 층 또는 양극 활물질 층인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 활물질 층은 음극 활물질 층인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
